Description of Work: Ordered and placed decortage rockin my yard.

Description of Work: We purchased the big deal and I immediately sent an email to find out when they could come out and do the work. I never heard back from the email, so a few days later I called. He picked right up and we scheduled an appt. for the next day. They came out and went right into the backyard and started the aerating. I went out and talked with him, Ken, for a minute while his guy was doing the work. I checked back a couple of minutes later and they were done. I asked about the fertilizing and they said they did it. I never saw any granules around... maybe the aerator they used puts it down into the ground. Not sure. Didn't feel like it was very high quality work. He's a nice guy...

Description of Work: Two workers came on time and greeted me very friendly at the door. Beedie, (not spelled correctly) , the leader of the two asked and was given a tour of the house and the duties to be performed. Beedie did an excellent job cleaning the half of the house she chose to do.She remained friendly, professional and efficien throughout the session. I would love to have her clean my house twice a week. I would give the other half of the house an F rating.

Description of Work: It was kind of strange and I dont have any proof but I had tools in my back yard in the morning and then after they were done doing the yard work my tools were gone. They completed the work though.

Description of Work: Ken ran an Angie's List Special -- $89 for three man-hours of yard work. I jumped all over that! He and his worker did an excellent job of de-weeding and cleanup of my yard, never stopping once & actually spending 20-30 extra minutes to finish what they were doing, instead of blowing a quitting-time whistle in mid-stroke, as I had had another outfit do on a previous occasion. My yard will need cleanup again (anybody know a way to stop that from happening?), and when it does I will be hiring Ken's Lawn Service again!

Description of Work: WARNING!!!! KEN'S LAWN SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! Found a DEAL? Well at that time, it was a good deal..... AT CROWN SAVING. Pay $100.00 for $200.00 worth of PROFESSION Lawn & Landscape at Ken's lawn service. Sound COOL.!!!! Called Ken, KEN started to B******* to me about "Crown Saving" How much he sold and not getting paid from Crown Saving. So I tried to help KEN by calling Crown Saving and I got the Ball rolling for him. So Ken called me, Crown Saving will cut him a new Check. We made an Appt. April 2, at 9 am. By 11:25am no call and NO SHOW... Yes not even a phone from KEN. I called KEN, KEN: I don't have your phone number.. ME: You call before. KEN: I don't have your number on me and he be right over. NOTE: KEN has a cell phone. But KEN has my home address. ??? An hour later KEN came. I ask to get 2 trees trim and this side the sprinklers don't work. After pulling out my underground hoes , KEN don't know what wrong? As for the Trees, KEN said he don't do trees than he said he does trim trees but under 20 feet tall. So far things I ask Ken to do he can't. Ask Ken what do you do. KEN: just on the ground I told KEN just Clean up back here and out there and over there in back of the small fence need some weeding, to open the fence lift up right side and pull to you. KEN walk up to the fence and tried to pull ip the whole fence.. ME: KEN THE RIGHT SIDE, THE RIGHT SIDE.........

Description of Work: Ken has been doing my yard now on a monthly basis and I couldn't be happier. Very professional and has always done extra things if I ask.

Description of Work: I adore Ken. He does everything he says he is going to do. He made 2 trips for me and went beyond what I expected. I will continue to use him.

Description of Work: Ken checked out my watering service and set the timer for me. He is a great guy and I have hired him to do monthly service in my yard.
