Mr. Bakari has excellent customer skills and is very knowledgeable about his trade. He provided a competitive quote and performed his work professionally. Upon agreement on a price, Mr. Bakari offered to conduct the installation the same day. He installed wiring for a new electrical junction for a ceiling fan; he removed the fan (as requested) from an existing location to the new installation location and performed the work neatly. They were too busy and couldn't respond. I purchased the deal a week and a half ago and they've only responded to me once.

The electrician fixed the problem by replacing one new GFCI outlet with no extra charge. The job was done in less than 20 minutes. He also gave me some tips about safety of handling power beakers. Thank him very much.

Located the problem which was GFI circuit turned off and I only need to pay for the service call. While there he also diagnosed another issue. When I called Kamau he arrived early the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was personable and knowledgeable and I would absolutely use him again as he was the consummate professional.

I called to set up an appointment. and spoke w/ Kamau Bakari. Before scheduling an appointment he told me to try to fix the problem myself (w/ an easy test). It worked and I didn't need his services. He was honest and if I need electrical services in the future I will definitely call him. But I do not need service now. I appreciate and respect his honesty and professionalism.

He didn't hardly talk on the phone at all. He was difficult to communicate with. He had a real heavy accent. I'm good with some number of accents, but I couldn't make him out. So he never showed up for the appointment. He called a day and a half or two days later and said he missed it. He has said the window for coming out was at 7:00 a.m., but realistically, it might be tomorrow and asked me if that was going to work. I said, "No." He called, eventually. I would not recommend him.

Kamau came out and gave me a free estimate. His price was $100 lower than any of the other estimates I got. He came out with his assistant and got it done in less than 4 hours. Quality work, good troubleshooting skills and easy to work with. Will definitely keep his number on file to use in the future.

Tenant complained that washer and dryer was not working due to an electrical issue caused by a burnt out light bulb. Provider checked and said was not an electrical issue though he never tested the machine. Called a washing machine specialist the next day who just turned the machine on as it was working. Chalk this up to a tenant that was careless/clueless but provider should have gotten machine going in presence of tenant especially since he charged me $85 for a service call which is definitely on the high side. I do give him credit for being responsive and prompt.

He was running late but kept me informed of his arrival via phone calls. The job turned out to be more labor intensive than he estimated but honored his quote, did not charge me more for the extra time. He was very professional and careful with my new lights. Installation was well done.

The electrician who came out, he was nice and personable. He knew exactly what was going on. It took him about 45 minutes. I called them today and they were able to come out the same day for me.

Very rude over the phone, keeps talking about other jobs he has to do before your appointmant. Had to literally hang up on him! How did this guy get good reviews??

I had two ceiling lights to install. One was a large foyer pendant light and the other was a flush mount light for a very tall stairwell. He answered my phone call immediately and had the time to come to my house that very day. He was very professional and courteous. He said he could install the foyer light that day, but that he would need to come another day for the stair light because he needed an additional person to help. He was careful with my furnishings, and made sure the new light was clean and ready to go before hanging. The next day or so (I can't remember) he returned with another helper to hang the stairwell light. He even hung a piece of art for me that was next to the light! He was super pleasant to talk to and very interesting. Price-wise I feel he was fair. I would have paid $250 for having the lights installed by the dealer, instead of $225. I'll definitely use him again in the future!

Kamau did a great job! If I ever need any electrical work done in the future he is the only one I will call. In addition to his great personality he is also very respectful of your home. He wore shoe covers on his feet and layed down sheets to cover the areas under where he was working. He has a lot of experience, listens and takes the time to make sure things are exactly how you want them. I have used some other very good people that I found on Angie's list but I must say Kamau was exceptional.

Kamau arrived on time. was polite, professional and did a great job. He checked the circuits, replaced the 4 GFIs and explained to me why they went bad and what to watch for in the future. He repaired the outside lights, which were staying on all day. In addition to being a great worker, he is an interesting man. He knows a great deal of unusual information about US history. All is well.

He told me to call if I needed lights and smoke alarm batteries changed. He collected nothing. I will call him when I switch my light fixtures out and my smoke detectors

Kamau was friendly on the phone and asked for detail info re repairs to make sure that his service was really needed so that he would not need to charge for a visit when his advice over the phone would suffice. REFRESHINGLY HONEST! He came on time. Was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and considerate. He did the work promptly and well. He adviced against certin work that I inquired about andexplained why. He charged as he had stated on the phone, by the hour plus parts. The entire experience was superb. His work is excellent ,my light is hung properly. He went above the call of duty and checked a light I thought was out also .He is a very caring person . I am so glad I selected him from Angies List. My chandelier is beautiful thanks to his expertise.

Home inspection of house I bought showed some possible electrical problems. He checked them out and explained. For example, the inspector said that the dimmer switch for the kitchen did not work. The electrician found that the bulbs were not dimmer type bulbs. He showed me that the smoke / CO alarms were hard wired and how to easily disconnect them in order to take them down to change the batteries. The service was excellent in all respects. About six weeks later I called him and he told me how to fix my problem over the phone at no charge. He is a great guy, and I would highly recommend him.

Well I called around 7:30am and got an answer. They don't open till 8:30am. I forgot it was that early. Anyway, I told Kamau some outlet's were out in my house and no circuit breaker was tripped. He told me just what I could do to fix it. And after a little time everything was up and running. I told Kamau this is what angies list is all about! I told him if ever I have electrical problems he's the guy I'm calling! All that this cost me was the time of a phone call. This is the guy to call. Forget all others!! Wow!! Great Job Kamau!!

EXCELLENT. From first contact. I needed to electrical outlets. He gave me an estimate and came back the next day and completed my work. He arrived on time for estimate, arrived on time for work. Very professional, polite, clean and knowledgeable. He had all tools ready and available. He had to cut holes in wall behind my oven and microwave. Even though he had to open wall, it was done very professionally. Would definitely recommend and use his services again.
