Description of Work: Needed a shower door replaced. Contractor came by and said they would provide an estimate and never returned or called to provide the estimate. After contacting them they never returned our call. Bad service!

Description of Work: Easy communication, showed up for quote and replacement of glass as agreed. Small issue with returning the screen that was repaired at the shop, but they are busy and did make it happen. I would recommend them for outside glass repair.

Description of Work: I needed them to remove a 6 ft mirror in my bathroom because it was coming off the wall. They said that it was too much liability and not worth them coming out. It was a safety situation and I ended up getting a handyman. Come to find out there was no glue on the back of the mirror!

Description of Work: I had called Davis Glass for an estimate for glass repalcement. I choose Davis because of their high rating in Angie's list. They came out as promised and gave me a written qoute for $900. I thought it seemed high so i was going to shop the their price.I called Brian at Kellly Glass for an estimate and did not indicate that I had another bid. I gave him the basic measurements and the fact it was Lo E rated glass. The glass was not broken but the seal had been compromised. He gave me an estimate of $600 over the phone.I arranged for his firm to come to my home and measure exactly and confirm bid. They arrived on time and confirmed the seal was broken and the window needed replacing. I received a call from Brian the next day informing me the glass had to be ordered and the price was exactly as quoted. I verified it was same Lo E rated glass as being replaced. I gave him the requested $300 deposit to order the window. Brian called within the discussed time frame to say the glass had come in. The installers came at the appointed time and installed and cleaned up as promised. There was a metal stop that needed to ordered. I paid for the job as agreed with a promise the stop would brought to my home and installed. It was and I am completely satisfied and will use Kelly Glass for any future glass needs. By the was I never received a follow up call from Davis Glass.

Description of Work: I called the company multiple times in order to get an estimator to come out. We needed our shower glass replaced. The estimator didn't show on the first scheduled date. He showed late (by a couple hours) on the second attempt. He was rude when he arrived. He provided a really high estimate. A really unprofessional woman followed up a few weeks later to see if I wanted the work done. No thank you!

+ -1 moreI called for someone to come out and give me an estimate. The receptionist was really busy so she had to call me back. Once we did speak someone was sent out. I would of preferred for the person to let me know he was here at the time of the appointment, but he did come in our office after he was done estimating to let me know he was done. I had to call their office back and ask for the quote. Once I accepted the proposal I thought someone was going to call me. I had to call back again to schedule the job. Once again, the contractor came out did the job and did not notified me until he was done. They did a great job and the price was great.
Description of Work: Replaced a double pane window that was broken from the outside.

Description of Work: I had a burglary in my home they broke out the patio glass I called Kelly's Glass & Mirror Co. I spoke to Brian and he got someone out immediately and replaced the glass. I was lucky this was at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Brian stated that if was later in the day, he said I would of gotten a board up but instead Honesty and helpfulness the best thing in business.
