They were very helpful and knowledgeable about what would look best and what would work and what wouldn’t. Frame at top of glass arrived damaged so they installed it but came back in a very timely manner and replaced it. It’s beautiful!

Exceptionally well! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. People were great, the dog in the office was AWESOME, too!

Called for a fix on a couple of old windows that don't slide up or down anymore. First time I called and set up an appointment and when they don't show up on the day scheduled I call back and find that the girl had forgotten to get my phone number and they couldn't come out. Let's try again. They finally make it out a week and half later, and I show the repair man the windows I need fixed. He pulls out the part and writes down the number, I take him into the other room and he repeats the process writing down the parts number. Five minutes. Two weeks later and they finally get the parts (only after I call them) and schedule. My first dumb move: I paid in advance - I beg you, do not do this. They finally come to the house to fix. My second dumb move: It was while I was at work, only the wife was home. Well, the technician only has parts for one window, and says that's all I wanted fixed, they didn't even order parts for the second window. A five minute repair but they charge a full hour. Naturally, I call up Taylor at the company and let her know I'm furious. She says she'll look into it. When she calls back, she says that all I wanted fixed was one window, and when I ask if she talked to the original estimator she says he claims to only have looked at one window. A flat out lie. BUT, they'd be willing to come out again - AND it would cost another $120 labor. That right, if they had gotten it right like I had asked, it would have cost me $16 more in parts and no more labor. Now, it's another $120. Were they willing to come out and spend five minutes and charge me just for the parts? NO. Did they offer to cut me a deal because of their mistake? NO. Were they willing to scam me out of another $120 labor charge? YES!! Unbelievable that in this day and age a professional company like this still exists. It's absolutely no hit at all to send out a guy to spend five minutes to fix a PR problem because of confusion with a customer. If this company cared one bit about your business or their own reputation they would have fixed this in a heartbeat. But this business wants nothing but your money, and if it's a small job - It Ain't Enough! Stay Away!!!

They were great. We've used them over and over again through the years. They are the first I'd call if I needed glass work.

Scheduled an appointment to have measurements taken. They called 15 minutes out did the measurements. Let me know the office would call back with a price within 24 hours. They did and let me know the time frame for arrival would be 7 - 10 days. I was contacted the day before installation and set up a time, the gentlemen called 15 minutes before the arrival for the installation. Everything worked out just fine. I will definitely be calling them again for some other projects in our home.

They were very punctual and friendly. They knew exactly what the problem was and what pieces were needed. They happen to have the pieces on them so they went to work on it at that time! I was pleasantly surprised how fast and efficient they were. They said it was such an easy fix that they didn't even charge me. There are so many companies in Las Vegas that are rip-off artists. These guys are the real deal. Pleasant, professional, honest, punctual, reliable.....I can't say enough nice things about them. I would recommend them to anyone. They were awesome. If there are any problems with windows needing to be replaced or anything else that this company does for their service, I am most definitely going to be calling them. They have my business for life. They were very professional on the phone but missed their appointment! I called and they did reschedule and apologized making it very convenient for me and my work schedule. I was very upset due to missing a partial day at work when they missed the appointment. I spoke with Peter on the phone and he was great. Paul came out to do the estimate and was very professional and felt completely comfortable with him in my home. He promised the estimate early the following week as it was a Friday. Approximately 10 days went by before I called and asked what the job would cost. I again spoke with Peter who was helpful. He couldnt find any paperwork at all on the job and had to call me back. He did call me back after he found it and apologized that it had been misplaced. He said he'd have me numbers the next day. Its been another 10 days and I still have heard nothing. At this point I have no desire to use this company and have given the 3k in work to another Angie's list member who was punctual and professional.

I use Kelly's Glass. They did a really great job. They were phenomenal. They came out, gave me the price, did my measurements, came back and fixed the door. They were pretty much on time. I will definitely use them again.

The gentleman looked at the door, took it off the track fixed it with a screw driver no charge. He was courteous, professional and quick

The process was very easy and professionally handled from the initial appointment through install, and even after when we required a new piece of product on the door. The sales person knew his business and helped us through the decision making. The installers were on time, clean, and made sure we were happy prior to leaving our home.

I just bought a preowned home and the glass shower door was misaligned. It's a minor repair, but unless you have some training, there's a risk that you can shatter the tempered glass. I called Kelly, they gave me a rough quote over the phone and they said they'd have a crew out there the next week. The crew actually arrived a bit early and I wasn't home, but my roommate was home and let them in. They finished the job before I even got home. They were able to fix the shower door and put a new seal on.

Dealing with Kelly's Glass was a very pleasant transaction. The staff was friendly and professional. The cost was less than I anticipated and the work was done ahead of schedule. I will be using their services in the near future for a glass desk protector and window tinting for my home. They've been in business since forever and I trust them. It doesn't get much better than Kelly's Glass!

We discovered a crack in one of our windows and called Kelly's for an estimate. Because the window was double-paned we thought it would be very expensive. We were pleasantly surprised at how resonable the final bill was. They showed up when expected and it didn't take them long at all to replace the cracked pane. We are very pleased with the results and with the professionalism they showed throughout the process.

As stated above I had no issues with this company. I am surprised that they have such a negative review but I didn't have Angie's list until after I hired them. I would use them again but hopefully I won't have to.

I am quite surprised with all the negative remarks on Angie's. I have worked with Brian on three separate occasions. Yes, it may take some initiative calling them to check the order. But I've found many customer order retailers. They also order their products from a glass maker in Los Angeles. They don't use the local supplier, and that's why you may get a cheaper deal from another local glass company. And therefore you pay for cheaper quality. I have been thoroughly pleased with Kelly's.

Kelly Glass sent a technician relatively quickly. However, he broke the window removing it. In fairness, this was not totally unexpected as he warned me it was likely to happen. I wanted the window replaced in about 2 days. After calling the shop, he told me that if I wanted to replace the glass with the energy-saving "low e" type, it would have to be ordered and would take about a week, otherwise they could replace it in 2 days. I opted for the quick service. After about 3 days they told me they had to order the glass anyway. So I told them they might as well get the "Low E" type. Then they topld me it was too late to order the Low E glass. A week later they told me the window was in but they needed to schedule 2 men to install it, and that would have to wait until after the weekend. We were now at about 2 weeks since the start of the project. Today, guess what -- one guy showed up and installed the window by himself. So, if they had been honest with me I would have more energy efficient glass, and it would have been in a week earlier. The price was no bargain either -- $350 for a 37" x 57" window.

The second time I have used them (I live on a golf course -- enough said!) Responded quickly to my call, came to give an estimate when promised and delivered and installed the window when promised.

Sad experience. I called and brought in an old family heirloom mirror to be re-silvered. They told me it would take some time i.e they were very busy with other jobs. I said that was fine since I had to be out of town for a while as well . I checked in with them many times and was continuously told that they didn't have time to finish it. Then finally, they claimed that their workers may have 'discarded' it. This was quite a blow. There was no compassion on their part nor compensation for something which is 'priceless'.

They mismeasured the glass twice. They had to come back 2 times because the glass didn't fit. When they were done, the shower leaked, and they had to come back again to fix it.
