 + -1 moreWe feel KB Homes did a pretty good job. However, there are bumps in the ceiling downstairs, which swell when it's hot and KB Homes said they can't do anything about that because the house is reconditioning itself to the weather. Also, due to the same problem, there are gaps between some tiles and the cabinets in our kitchen.
Description of Work: KB Homes built our home of 3600 square feet.

 + -1 moreThey did a brilliant job building our home. There was good communication between us, during the project, meeting all of our concerns. There were a few set backs, as with all housing construction, but we moved in on time, after a six month duration. They called after we moved in to check if there were any last minute repairs, necessary, which there weren't. We love our new home.
Description of Work: KB Homes constructed a two story, thirty eight hundred square foot, five bedroom, three bathroom house for us.

 + -1 moreThe construction of this house was astoundingly efficient. It went up in four months, and that was with a few changes right in the middle of building process. We were treated well, and listened to, when we voiced our concerns. The only thing we called them about, after we moved in was to have the carpets stretched again. They did this immediately, we have not needed to call them since.
Description of Work: KB Homes built a one story, two bedroom, two bathroom house, with a two car garage.
