This lady was my realtor in 1997 when I sold a home after the passing of my husband. She went above and beyond what is expected. She came into my home and helped me get it together for the sale. When it sold for slightly less than the total costs, she helped me with that issue. Now, 9 years later, I call her again and she has been so gracious to put up with me. Twice, in the last year, she's attempted to list the house only for us to find additional repairs that are needed. She's never gotten angry that the house needs pulled from the market once again. Not many Realtors would put in the effort she has to work with a homeowner who repeatedly pulls a home from the market. She is always understanding and willing to assist in any way to ease my frustration. In addition, she's knowledgeable about her field, ALWAYS returns calls, as well as making sure the others in the buy/sale do the same. Last, she's never suggested anything unethical, as other Realtors have 'insinuated' I might do.
