Two other Realtors showed the house and I was unable to even get feedback on the showing. As far as I can see they did nothing except send an email to a Realtor friend of mine telling her she was unethical for advising me on their lack of professionalism. They could not even give us pointers on how to stage our home or give us an appraisal. I am very disappointed in the outcome we are both disabled veterans and we were hoping to sell to be closer to our kids, now we are delayed.
Description of Work: We signed to sell our home with Judy and Sandy. They wanted 8% which would be $36,000 when the house sold. As far as I can tell they took some pictures of our furniture and put it on the internet and sat back hoping to draw a commission. They never personally showed our home in 2 months on the market. When I asked questions all I got was excuses "our computer is broken." "We are still waiting for the professional flyers" etc. We never did get professional flyers.
