Courteous customer service. Upfront about the $. Very helpful in that rep pointed out by waiting a week, I could save $75 on swamp cooler filters. Yep, I can wait to save $75. Rep also picked up a new faucet and other things needed. Rep was going to be a little late but two persons from company notified me. Good job, I am happy with their service and my swamp cooler. Thank you!
