Telemarketer called offering 3 rooms cleaned for 50.00 minimum. Since i needed that plus more, I agreed to have someone come to give an estimate. When he and his son arrived he went over all svcs avail and I agreed to 4 rooms of carpet plus upholstery, cleaning plus Teflon, Gave us 20% discount, which brought total to $776.00 ...job was complete within an hour, carpet and cushions all looked good..no odor which I find strange. When I got wallet to pay with credit card it was THEN he told me they only accept cash or check !! We had to transfer cash from saving to checking acct.... wiping out our savings acct, so I could write a check, turns out he added a 24.00 svc charge had never mentioned before... So total went up to an even 800.00 I gave him a check for the full amount. The cushions looked okay..still some dog hair on them...and they left my wood laminate floor a wet mess, and they left very quickly. I cannot say for sure, but since all I could find on the receipt was his name and #..no company name or address or email or fax#... we may have been ripped off. May have just used plain water on the carpet for all I know. We are disabled elderly, not uncommon to be taken advantage of now. All things considered I would not recommend these people or use them again.
