JLS Make Ready

Frist let me say that I am a Realtor/Property Manager and use House Cleaning services a lot. In fact, I have used the company before and had good and prompt service in the past. However, this last time scheduling was the problem. I had scheduled a cleaning for a Monday so owners could move out over weekend. On Friday, JLS calls me asking where the lockbox was. They showed up on Friday to do the cleaning. I instructed them to leave and that the appointment was for Monday at 10:30. Monday at 10:30 I was at the house to let them in. I had a bad feeling about the appointment since they had already mixed up the appointment once. So I called. They gave me a story that they could not tell me when the cleaner would be there and would call me later. I reminded them that I had a 10:30 appointment. They said they would call me right back. 20 Min. later I called them. They gave me more stories but still could not give me any information and again said they would call back. Now after 11:00 I called and they told me they were on their way. I asked from where and it was near by. Then I was told they were stuck in traffic. More stories. 11:25 they show up. Now I work by appointments and time is money to me. The Manger says it is my fault for Friday missed appointment (that I never made) and I will not be compensated for the error and hour of my time waiting. The service was just okay. I paid extra for moldings to be washed and the door molding were not done. It also took the 1 person (normally 2) 2 hours longer than projected. So I had to make extra trips out to the house to pay (cash only by the way) and lock up. I had also asked if they will bring cleaning supplies and vacuum - no vacuum. This house cleaning took hold of my whole day. I do not appreciate the level of professionalism at this company and will not use them again. Unless you have all day to spend with the cleaners, I would not use them.
