 + -1 moreHe is very reliable and does good work. He is very affordable. He will call me the weekend before he comes out to make sure he has a day that works for me. He is very professional, cordial and courteous.
Description of Work: He comes monthly to spray the inside and outside of house for bugs.

 + -1 moreI made an appointment a little over a week ago and the gentleman was supposed to come by for our initial visit this morning . He called and confirmed yesterday but this morning at the appointed time he never showed, never called to say he couldn't make it or request a reschedule. How do people run a business with poor customer service like this?
Description of Work: Initial visit - Never showed, no call, nothing. This is terrible customer service.

 + -1 moreJim cam in and answered questions we had. He uses hospital grade chemicals that are non-toxic to animals, pets an prego women when dry. He uses the minimum amount to get the job done, keeps the price down. I like it also because I don't want a lot of chemicals in my house. He was done it ten and we saw results the next day. DIE ROACHES, DIE!
Description of Work: Jim sprayed our house to make sure any other roaches that entered the house died ASAP. He also did a perimiter spray around house and yard.

 + -1 moreJim is very pleasant to deal with and the service he provides is top-notch. We almost never had any trouble with pests, and if we did see any, they were already or almost dead! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!
Description of Work: Jim came out once a month to spray the inside and outside of our townhome for 7 years.

 + -1 moreJim The Bug Man did a great job of preventative spraying. We haven't had any problems with pests since he sprayed. I do think that his price was very reasonable, however I would rather not discuss any pricing.
Description of Work: He did preventative spraying outside and inside my home.

 + -1 moreJim The Bug Man has been very courteous about calling and checking with us before they came out. They have always been on time, and have not had a problem with bugs since they came out and sprayed. I have been using them for 20 years and have been very satisfied with them.
Description of Work: They sprayed the interior and exterior of my home for pests.
