My experience with Jerzeee Construction was top notch. I was planning a kitchen remodel and turned to Angie's List. My first interaction was with Ian,who I believe was the sales rep. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was not pushy and it actually felt like talking to a pal. He set me up with an appointment for Dor Avrahami, who is a project manager. Dor came out to my home, listened to my ideas, measured and took photos. He explained their process and what to expect. The quote was ready in a few days and I stopped in to their office to for a detailed walk through of what my remodel would entail. When you expect professionalism and first class communication, Dor is your man! His daily communication skills and how he is on top of every aspect of the remodel is extremely impressive. I can't express how refreshing it was to see this level of communication and thoroughness. The cost itself is fair market, the materials used were high quality and their overall experience with vendors / makers is a huge plus. I felt I would be in good hands with this company and their reputation speaks for itself. Highly recommend.

Project Manager Keith and his team were responsive to all of my questions from start to finish. The bathroom remodel was small compared to many but Keith assured me no project was too small. I am thrilled with the result.

10/10 . I was skeptical after getting numerous bids from multiple contractors. However , After meeting with Roye with Jerezee I felt comfortable and confident about the process and understood what i was paying for. I never thought it would take an hour let alone 30 min to “design” or come up w a plan for my new bathroom. It took as long as it took, well Over an hour.. and I must say they more than delivered. It looks amazing !! Everyone was Super professional , polite and helpful. From my personal shopper/graphic artist, that was super awesome , from tilers/ plumbers , and just everyone .I am Very pleased and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jerezee construction if you are looking to upgrade or do a bath kitchen remodel !!

We give Jerezee 5 stars for several reasons. Our project was a bathtub/shower removal, replaced with a walk-in tile shower. The flooring was upgraded with LVT and some other fixtures installed. Communication was prompt and effective throughout the entire process. Dor was our main contact and very thorough with frequent updates. Heather, our designer, was extremely organized, kept us on task with our checklist, and provided wonderful suggestions in our selections. All of the tradesmen were professional & respectful. The project was completed earlier than quoted and we are 100% satisfied. For any future home projects, Jerezee will be our go-to.

We made an appointment for the owner to come by and give us an estimate. He didn't call and didn't show up. We got a call after the appointment time from his receptionist making some excuse, but to me, this is a sign that Jerezee doesn't resepct my time as a customer, and certainly isn't professional.

Everyone has been very nice to talk and interact with, as well as welcoming. They renovated the whole Master bathroom and replaced the flooring as well in the master bedroom, they even worked on the guest bathroom as well. They are very hard working people and they got everything done in less time than my grandmother and i thought it would be done. Ilan, Ian, Candace and David, we thank you for all that you have done for us with the house and we really appreciated all that you've done for us in the process. Thank you so much and looking forward to doing more business with you in the far or near future.

Jerezee Construction was great to work with. Roye was our GC and Cisco was the field supervisor that overlooked the process. This was our first major remodel, and it was ideal. Their process was very easy to follow, and the payment structure was ideal. All the subcontractors that came to the house were professional and very thoughtful with their procedures. Cisco followed up daily when any step of the subs was to show and complete each step and informed us what was going to be happening daily. The communications were great right down to the cleaning and photographer once the kitchen was completed.

I HIGHLY recommend Ilan and the team from Jerezee to any and all! We recently purchased a house and wanted to do a (medium sized) renovation prior to moving in. We had a general idea of what we wanted, however needed guidance on what would be possible, both structurally and financially. Ilan and his team were incredibly thorough and walked us through every step of the renovation, from the initial consultation & design through the completion of the project. They were extremely communicative throughout the process, provided a thorough outline of the sequence of events, and executed on agreed upon the timeline. The Jerezee team was always available and happy to address our questions & feedback, while providing fantastic suggestions that helped us through design. The whole team was competent and friendly, but most importantly the quality of work was top notch and we are THRILLED with the result. We are still deciding on what our next home remodeling project is going to be - however we do know that Ilan and his team at Jerezee will be our go to contractor for all our upcoming projects. Addition: At 2am on New Years Eve/Day we had small fire coming out of one of our electrical sockets. After the fire department left (and we knew all was safe), we were concerned that something got screwy with the electric we just updated. I texted Ilan at 9am and he and the electrician were at our house by 10:30am on NEW YEARS DAY. Turns out it was something small on our outside electric socket and unrelated to the construction. I will not forget the fact that they left their families and rushed over without a question to ensure all was okay. They are true partners.

KITCHEN GUT & REMODEL- This was the most seamless remodel we have ever experienced. Yaneer was at the job site EVERY day to check on the quality of work and to keep these skilled tradesmen on time from electrical to plumbing. Every one at Jerezee Construction from my 1st chat with Ian to Heather, Yaneer, Hector, Manny & all of the tradesmen that were part of delivering our dream kitchen were extremely professional, amazing craftsmanship from flooring, backsplash, custom cabinets, I could go on but I will run out of characters. We received a text every night with what was happening the following day. I wanted to adopt half the men that built this amazing kitchen, all were so great and respectful of our house & 2 Golden Retriever puppies constantly trying to distract them. Our entire 1st floor (not just the Kitchen) was cleaned by a professional crew at the end of the remodel. They don't leave anything to chance. From start to finish I have not a complaint to say. No horror stories or unfinished work. Thank you to everyone at Jerezee for standing behind exactly what they promised.

After interviewing five different construction companies, I decided to go with Jerezee construction. Jerezee construction remodeled my two bathrooms at my kitchen and tiled my entire house. I am so happy with the results. Jerezee Construction was absolutely wonderful. They were at my house working at 7am/6 days a week. Every member of there team were hard working, kind and respectful. I have recommended Jerezee construction to so many people and and they have been as happy as I am with their results.

Jerezee Construction (and specifically Roye Ergas) is truly the best in the business. Our major full-home remodel was meticulously planned start to finish, the work was done efficiently and quickly, the communication and oversight at all steps of the process was like nothing I’ve experienced. And afterwards, the Roye has invested a staggering amount of time in assisting me with other issues and consultations for my house and helping me with some prior defects that needed addressing, and whether his time was paid or not, he always operated with my best outcome in mind and never nickel and dimed me for anything. The outstanding integrity of the owner trickles down to this entire company, and I could not possibly recommend them more highly.

Jerezee Construction remodeled out entire downstairs, including kitchen, flooring, fireplace, and banister. The house looks fabulous, the work was done quickly and Ilan and his staff were responsive and professional.

My partner and I recently bought a home that we love, but the house was so out dated and it didn't feel like our style. Jerezee Construction was incredibly easy to work with! I saw them online and I called, we visited the office and got on their calendar! We did a complete kitchen and primary bathroom remodel, fireplace tile remodel, and added new vanities, mirrors, and fixtures in 2 guest bathrooms. We also wanted help to remove the junk (i.e. old cabinets, countertops, etc), help to design, and someone to manage the project since we work all day. Jerezee Construction has a solid team, organized plans and communication, realistic timelines, professional contractors, plus no unnecessary markups on materials. It's rare to find a team that is affordable, actually gets the work done AND does it with high quality craftsmanship. Roye (owner) and his team are truly dedicated to bringing their client's vision to life. We threw tons of questions at the team during the build process and they handled all of our concerns like the pros they are. Any large project comes with challenges and surprises, but Jerezee handled every road block beautifully. We are SO glad we decided to go with Jerezee Construction. Everyone we worked with really cared about us and ensured the process was predictable and smooth. The whole team did a great job and even came back to make sure the little things were addressed. They have a great office and team so it feels like you get to work with a trending brand and popular business in the area! Highly recommend to get on their calendar for medium or large projects/renovations!
