All parties arrived when they said they would and were very professional in all efforts...Will definitely use them again as the needs arise.

I contacted them by telephone and Jim came out the next day for an estimate and we scheduled the appointment for the following Wednesay at 7:00am. Tim the foreman arrived at approximately 6:45am on Wednesay and the rest of the crew was here by 7:00am. They took out several dead plants, trimmed bushes and general clean up of the front and back yard. The entire team was very professional and the quality of the work was great.

Got a quick response from Jimmy (same day) to schedule a date/time to see what needed to be done. Estimate appointment was quick and went well overall. I did recieve a quote for the services that day, we set up a date and time for the work to be done. A few days before the appointment time I had to make some changes to the work, but Jimmy was great and gave me a new estimate. Morning of the appointment-- Jimmy arrived promptly at 7am, but the crew was a little late (no big deal); they started working right away and were great! They did need to come back to trim back a tree that was over 14 feet high, but they completed the work the next day.

Jim arrived early, correctly diagnosed the problem, returned in less than an hour with the correct replacement part, and properly fixed the problem. I would definitely use him again for future repair(s) to the drip system.

Quick and easy appointment , 2 nd time I have used this company and once again they provided the best service and workmanship , after 7 years &10 different landscapers these guys are the first to make me smile when I walk into my backyard and feel I once again got what I wanted at a fair price .

They did a excellent job. Crew arrived on time supperisor went over work to be done. When work was done they checked sprilker system in aera they were working.I would use them again.

The provider was very responsive and punctual. An estimate was provided and agreed upon . The service date and time was set. The crew showed up within the estimated time window provided. The work was completed in less than three hours. The work was inspected and approved. All questions were answered. The process was painless. The providers were professional and friendly.

The guy came right when he said he would, figured out the problem quickly, and fixed it.

I have had Jeff's service for a little over a year. I find them to be very responsive, on time and professional. They take care of the customer.

Found these guys on Angie's list. My home was empty since I had just moved and the real estate agent called to say there was a leak in the backyard. Emailed Jeff who was very responsive and said he could take care of it the next day. He emailed me the next day to say he couldn't get to it but I didn't really mind since the water was off and the home was unoccupied. Everything was repaired well.

They seem very knowledgeable and have been punctual. Thus far, I have used them twice. The first time he did a good job.

Jim answered my phone at 6:30 sharp, asked about what's wrong and told me he would come out around 11:30 am. By 10:50 am got a phone call from Jim again and he was in the neighborhood if he could check right now. Jim looked very professional and listened to our whole story. Then he checked the faulty valve box. The job is a little bigger than he thought. ( I did not tell him we cut off a hole ourselves on the phone) He told us his plan , changing everything within the valve box, including two valves and two solenoids and a manifold). We were told the parts cost $50 while labor cost $200. It involves a lot of digging. His worker might have to remove 2 pavers around the box in order to put new pipes in. Jim said he could send crew over here the very next day. Even though i would like it get fixed asap, but it did not work with our work schedule. We agreed they will come on our next day-off, which is 6 days later. By 11:10 am we got another call from Jim that he has a crew in our neighborhood finishing job earlier. If we want, he could sent to us around noonish. Very happy to hear the news. Jim noticed we were anxious about getting this job done ASAP. Jim and the worker showed up on time. Jim instructed him about the repair and brought all the new parts. It took one person about 3 hrs to finish the work. He removed 2 pavers and digged up a even bigger hole than we thought he would. Very polite and would not take a bottle of cold water when offered. Everything was done properly and timely. Cleaning up all the dirt even some dirt we digged up the previous night. The estimate price was exactly what they charge us. Great job done! Two thumbs up for Jim and his team!

A representitive came out the day I called did an inspection , made detailed notes of all the work we discussed and quoted a price . An appointment was made , the crew arrived on time , the supervisor walked me through his understanding of the scope of work and was exactly as expected . These guys are super stars of landscaping , never has the property been this well groomed . The communication was outstanding , the performance was even better , highly recommend to one and all!

Everything went great and hopefully now our lawn won't have any brown spots next summer!

I had noticed a huge spike in my water bill and that a particular area of my yard was greener and more lush than the rest so figured I had a busted irrigation line. I called Jeff's Landscaping and left a message. My call was promptly returned and he said he would send a guy out to take a look later that day. Within 5 hours I had a call stating that it wasn't my irrigation line but my main line to the house. Luckily they had a plumber on hand as well and the repairs were done within a day after getting the parts needed. Additionally they did find a small leak in my irrigation which they patched for no extra charge. I was very pleased with the speedy response and work done by Jeff's and will definitely use them again in the future.

They had really good service and did exactly what we wanted them to. They allowed us to be very hands-on and pick out our plants that they planted. They allowed us to make changes and move things, as well.

Jim returned my call the same day and we set an appointment suitable for both of us. Jim was right on time. He is a very personable fellow and made me feel comfortable right away. After listening to my questions and concerns, he checked his crew's work schedule and reported that he might be able to have them come over the same afternoon. And they did. The work was done to my satisfaction and the clean-up was done better than I expected. I had envisioned yard debris in plastic bags waiting by the curb, but the crew hauled it all away. The only reason I marked lower on "professionalism" is because when I returned home from errands (the crew arrived while I was away from the house), one of the workers was sitting down in the shade and appeared to be texting. The other man was steadily working. I plan to use Jeff's Lawn and Landscaping for my regular yard maintenance and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

He was very knowledgable and nice but I thought his price was kind of high for just cleaning up my yard. I want to get a few more esitmates before I make my decision.

They were very punctual. The price he quoted is the price I paid. They were fast and professional. They were right on time.

I discovered a large amount of water escaping into the street from under the rocks next to my driveway. I called and spoke to Jimmy who said they would be able to come and take a look this morning. They arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Jimmy and his son were professional and courteous as they investigated the problem. When the source of the leak had been located, they carried out the repair work with competent skill. I would definitely use this team again.
