Jimmy was prompt, professional and friendly. Work was completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Highly recommended.

They took care of all the shrubbery and trees in the front and backyard. They helped me monitor the sprinkler system for the coming summer months. They replaced the leaking outside faucet.

My experience with Jeff's was extremely pleasant and professional. Both Jimmy, who met with me to provide the estimate, and Tim, to project manage the work done in the backyard, were great to work with. They were thorough and made sure that all work was completed. My estimate was received within a couple days as promised and all the work requested in the backyard was completed as specified in the proposal. Additionally, the backyard was completely cleaned up prior to the workers leaving. Tim even spent time helping us with a couple other issues that needed to be done and didn't charge extra for any of it. I can't give a high enough rating for Jeff's Lawn and Landscape. They were thorough, professional, a pleasure to work with, and they did an excellent job.

Everything was wonderfully done! I would highly recommend him. I will be using him in the future.

There was 3 times they came out to measure and remeasure. The final proposal was submitted which was very vague (no modification to my drawing was ever submitted), did not include items I requested, and then was told, "well yea we can do that... we just didn't quote it". Once they left I never heard from them again, nor do I care to.

Jim arrived promptly and actually listened to what WE wanted done (unlike some companies that tell you what you should do). He made suggestions and took notes. A week later a crew and a Supervisor arrived to do the work. The Supervisor had a written work order (based on the notes that Jim took during his initial visit). The instructions were followed exactly and the front/rear yards looked like new when they finished the job.

Very accomodating and professional business. Very good experience from start to finish. Would hire again. We want to say "cudos" to Jimmy, Tim, and crew!! Very nice work!!

They responded really quickly. I think they're very professional. I left them a message on their answering machine and they called back within a half hour. We set up the appointment and they were booked up so they couldn't get out really fast, but they were free starting Thursday afternoon. Thursday wasn't good because I wanted to have my husband here, so we did Friday afternoon at 2:30. He was prompt and very nice. He was confidence and knowledgeable. He brought a book of completed designs that they'd done over the years. This isn't a fly-by-night organization. Yes, it is expensive, but I knew it was going to be. Just the manual labor of having to drag the stone in for one thing, then place it and cleaning up the yard, making sure there are no weeds and all of that. It's not a cheap price but I think it's a fair one. They're competitive. We plan on using them to do the installation. It's just that we have to financially get ourselves together and get our ducks in a row to do it.

Flawless, fast, fun service!!! Jimmy came ahead of time, was very funny with my dogs and and knew axcatly what to do and was done in 10min. They acommodated me despite the short notice. Very professional, very awesome company!!!

The owner Jim came out twice. Once he ended up just training me on how to program our watering system. A month later I noticed our water flowing on a non scheduled day and it was a Saturday. He called me back in 10 minutes and since he was in the area, he was able to be at my house in 15 minutes. He checked our valves in front and back and determined that they both needed new gaskets. He had to leave to buy them and came back to replace them and it fixed the problem. He charged me $90 which I was very happy to pay. My monthly water bill would have been more than that if it stayed that way. JIm is just an awesome guy. Very likeable and I highly recommend him.

Arrived and told me what needed to be done and gave me two options for the work that needed to be completed. I asked him if it was something that could be done today and he stated he could be back within a few hours. As stated, he arrived back with a worker and they began. The work was completed. The drip line was buried and you cannot even tell they had dug down into the ground. They installed a new cover box over the valve. Looks great and works fine. I would recommend then again.

Excellent! Jimmy came out and provied an estimate detailed with services and materials. Tim's crew did an amazing job and no cost surprises. Great company.

Jimmy came promptly and understood what we wanted. We are new to the area so needed advice on plants that would do well here, he specified a number of different ones for us. On the appointed day 7 workers showed up and got everything done by 2 pm. That included cleaning, pruning, planting, and testing sprinklers.

I thought (based upon what I paid to have the system put in) I was going to spend a fortune to get it fixed. They were very reasonable. Very professional during the whole process (even if it was just a few hours).

Jeff showed up and spent the time it took to figure out the problem. will definitely be calling him again.

We are VERY happy with the job and the results and our Doberman loves running on it! We received several quotes and Jeff's Lawn & Landscaping scheduled a time with us to provide the quote which was far better than the others. They did not show us the turf that looks like easter grass (unlike the other quoters) but only the best quality that they recommend. We liked it, they faxed us a quote to sign. We signed and returned and with 5 days they were working on our yard and it took a portion of two days from start to finish. Super job.

They were able to come on relatively short notice, which was a plus. I had a deadline to get my yard cleaned up and did not have the time to do the work myself. Everyone was professional. Jim came out to my house last Saturday to give me my quote. They were able to come do the work today, Thursday. They finished in the two hours time allotted for my budget. My only regret is that I can't afford to have them do my backyard today too. I plan on having them come back out sometime in the future to clean up the backyard so I can enjoy it more.

We needed our landscape cleaned up and groomed. After interviewing three different companies, we chose Jeff because of his professionalism, knowledge, price and of course his grade on Angie's List. Jeff and his crew showed up on time and went right to work. They removed several shrubs, performed a lot of trimming and checked the irrigation system. When they were through our landscape looked clean and sharp again. We plan to hire Jeff again to perform maintenance as needed.

Come to my house, listened to what I wanted, took some measurements and gave a fair quote. Emailed a proposal to me, answered my questions where we agreed on a start date. They showed up on time on the start date while I was at work, when I got home later that evening the patio and back yard was done, the rubbish and pine needles were gone. Everything looked great. They called the next day and meet me after work , asked about the work and if it looked OK. I told them it looked great and payed them for their work.

I would not be afraid to hire Jeff's Lawn and Landscaping. They were very understanding about my having to cancel due to unforseen expenses and I can't wait to hire them!

Very happy with the job performed!!! All employees were excellent and extremely nice. I would definitely use their service again! The price was reasonable as well. I was in a hurry to remove oleanders from my backyard because we recently added a puppy to our family and they came the next day!!!! Thank you Jeff's Lawn Service!

Jimmy was great. In our experience here in the past 8 years, there a lot of people doing landscaping in Las Vegas who do not know beans about plants or landscaping. Jimmy is very knowledgeable about what will work in this challenging climate. He supervised his work crew closely and made sure that all plants were installed where I wanted them. He fed them all and gave them a extra boost of some kind of fertilizer. The plants are flourishing and look beautiful. He installed three succulents, which soon died from overwatering and grubs. He cheerfully replaced them and got rid of the grubs. I would definitely use him again.

They should care more about a potential customer's time.
