Jane's Birds

Bought a $3000 Rose Breasted Cockatoo. Next day took it to the Vet and it had pneumonia, which resulted in a $1000 vet bill since it was a baby. Went back to the pet store to request to be reimbursed for the vet fee since I had the bird less than 12 hours since the diagnosis. The owner said the best he could do was $400 in store credit. I asked for the vet bill in total to be applied to in store credit, to which the owner said $400 is the best he could do. They do not take good care of the birds or customers and I don't want anyone else to have the same experience I had!

I walked in to the store and I was greeted with a friendly enthusiastic Hello! from Amy, (not her wack-job mother). The store was clean and organized as always. I've been going there for 10 years and just love hanging out with the birds. Amy shares really interesting stories with me every time I go in there. It is a great way to spend part of a day off. Her service is second to none. I've been to all of the other shops at one time or other and have settled on Jane's Birds for all of my bird care.
