Description of Work: Carpet cleaning of two master bedrooms and the stairs. J2 was not the cheapest company but performed the best. At a time when pennies are pinched, customer services diminished and bad attitudes plentiful, J2 represents the best of the best in all categories. The carpet cleaning was excellent. My carpet is off white and was restored to looking like new. The staff answered my questions quickly and were responsive to my requests. They were courteous, efficient and operated in a professional manner. I highly recommend their services. This is my second experience utilizing J2. My first time was Dec 2010 and the service was as stellar in 2013. I used cheaper companies in between and was not satisfied. I'll stick to what I know works, J2 Carpet Cleaning. You should do the same !

Description of Work: These guys were great. In the past have used Stanley Steemer and they far surpassed the work of that national company. The employees were polite and worked diligently. Not only did we have the carpet cleaned in 5 rooms, but they cleaned grout in the kitchen, hall bath and entry way. They did such a great job that we had them come back and do the master bedroom. The grout cleaning was exceptional also. As soon as we have construction done in the next 30-45 days, we will have them come back and do the carpet and grout again this year. We are just 2 old people so we don't get things terribly soiled. We don't have pets and we don't have kids so we only clean the carpet and grout once per yeat. Hire these guys. They are worth the money.

Description of Work: J2 Carpet Cleaning was a pleasure to work with. Paco and Ray were personable and prompt. Their work was efficient and effective. They cleaned approximately 2000 sq. ft. of carpet, and while we had some serious pet (urine) stains...and I do mean serious...they cleaned them up beautifully! I really hadn't thought it would turn out so well.
