J2 Carpet & Tile Cleaning

These guys did an outstanding job and were careful not to damage any part of my house. They were fast and thorough. I will hire them again the next time I need my carpet or chairs cleaned.

Guys came on time, cleaned the carpets well and did a good job. Seemed a little pricey but you get what you pay for dont you. AT least this group did what they promised to do without any problems. I would use them again.

They did an excellent job on my carpets. They were on time and did exactly what they said they would do. I would recommend them to others, however, their price was on the high end.

called j2 cleaning because of all the good reviews on angies list on a 9/30/2012 spoke to jeff and set an appt time for 9:00 am on mon 9/3/2012 2 cleaners poco and ray arrived 15 min late but were very nice and very hard working and did a great job but im not certain that another company would not have done as good a job at a lesser price

They gave me an up front price over the phone, showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and were in and out within an hour.

On-time, professional, did a nice job. Carpet was heavily soiled, (but did not have any stains). Carpets were only three years old in the house, but the previous owners had a dog and a couple of kids that had heavily soiled the carpets in several spot. After cleaning carpets looked like new.

Friendly, professional, on time. My carpets were in desperate need of cleaning. After they were done, they looked great!

They were wonderful. We were preparing for new renters and had a short window of time to have work done. They scheduled quickly, arrived as promised and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Call for the first time in the morning and told of my problem rug that I needed clean with 24 hours and 4 hours later the service man was here and stayed over an hour. I had two red stains that another national rug cleaning company could not take out after over a year and many visits. The serviceman had the stains out n less than 15 minutes. I had the best service for a carpet cleaning in many years. I will be using them in the future for all of my carpet cleaning needs.

My tile and grout came out fabulous. It doesn't even look like the same floor. I am extremely pleased with the results. J2 also was aware of the problem with my guest room and the floor mat that wasn't removed. Without asking, they recleaned the entire room and it too looks awesome. I would absolutely recommend this company. They were easy to work with, flexible with my schedule and did an excellent job!

I was the first appointment in the morning - 7:30. They were 45 minutes late getting there. However they did call and let me know they were going to be late. Once there, Paco was very professional...I showed him around the house and he confirmed the pricing that was quoted to me. They did an excellent job. The carpets and the couches came out beautiful. We had a couple very stained areas and they took a lot of time cleaning these areas. The only complaint I have is we forgot to move a a chair mat in one of the bedrooms and they just cleaned around it rather than moving it or asking us if we wanted to remove it so they could clean under it. Now we have two different colors in that room. Besides this one thing, I would absolutley use them again. In fact, I have them scheduled to come back and due my tile and grout.

I had new, high quality carpet installed in July of 2011 followed by a water heater leak just a few months later. A portion of my new carpet was flooded and between the water, the drying process and the repairmen (not from J2 Carpet Cleaning), my new carpet was crusty, stained and quite a mess so I called J2 and made an appointment for a couple of days later. A very nice, very professional technician came out, treated and cleaned my carpet and even left me shoe covers so I could walk on it since I was going to be home while it was drying. A few of the stains came back within a week or two so I called J2 and they returned the next day, treated the stains for grease (which we determined was probably from the repairmen's boots) and re-cleaned the stained areas at no additional charge. The stains are gone and my carpet is good as new.

The service was preformed by three men who arrived right on time. They were very knowledgeable of there their jobs and did a fantastic job or renewing an older carpet. The were very careful of the other floors in the house and wore shoe covers to protect them and the newly cleaned carpet. I highly recommend them but be prepared to spend a little more than with some less professional carpet cleaners.

Jesse was prompt and professional. We did have some issues with clean up but J2 came out right away to fix the problem.I find it difficult to find good honest contractors in this area. I would definitively use them again next year.

They were very Professional and and did a very good Job. The Carpet stayed wet longer than they said it would,but I was Very satisfied.

The other reviews were right on. From start to finish, I dealt with very professional and friendly people. The floor cleaner who came to do the job was Cornelio. He explained every process along the way. He was thorough and took pride in his work -- and he worked hard to please me. His machine extracted all the grimey dirt that had accumulated during the years, until there was no more dirt to be found. Then he sealed all the grout and the top surface -- which did not affect the color nor the texture. My tiles are not suppose to shine, and they don't. Now all I have to do is wet mop with warm water or a neutral cleaner if I want them sanitized. The tiles are suppose to be protected and not absorb any more dirt for at least one year, maybe three. I wore white socks around the house today, just to test the accuracy of what Jeff and Cornelio assured me. They are still white!! There is no doubt in my mind that this company will be in business for a very long time. You do not have to worry if you are getting your money's worth from their work.

The two young men who came to do the actual cleaning were very professional. They notified Jeff that they were running slightly behind schedule, and Jeff immediately called me in the office to advise me that they would be about 10 minutes late. When others give you a "2 hour window" of arrival time, I certainly appreciated his timely notification. Our office is basically a long, long hallway, with offices on either side of it. We have had cleaners who came without enough hose to complete the job. Not a problem with J 2 Clean. They came ready to go to work, and to get the entire carpet clean. It was very impressive watching them restore our carpet to spotless, like new condition. They wore protective booties in order to keep from resoiling the newly cleaned carpet. Thoughtful and very professional, and greatly appreciated. Once the carpet was thoroughly cleaned and rinsed, they returned everything with plastic wheels to its original position. This was a great help since it made replacingthe things that had to wait until the carpet was completely dry much easier for us to do. Their complete professional attitude made it easy for us to go back to work on Monday without delay. We are a very busy law firm, and they did such a great job for us that now, a month later, the carpet is still spot free and great looking. It was a great experience from start to finish; they are top drawer, in our opinion.

I have used this company in the past and even gave then a great review on Angie's List. I would NEVER, however use them again or recommend them to anyone I liked! First, the 2 guys that arrived were both polite. They began cleaning in my back master bedroom. Then, as Guy #1 began cleaning in the front, I found Guy #2 walking on my clean master bedroom carpet with his black soled street shoes! I asked him what he was doing on the carpet with his dirty shoes on and he said his shoes were "practically clean." When I went to Guy #1 to complain (he had on shoe covers), he, also, said Guy #2's shoes were pretty clean from walking on the wet carpet - What?? So you clean my carpet then clean your dirty shoe soles at the same time? When I told him this was ridiculous, he also told me this was Guy #2's first day on the job and I needed to give him a break. He said "I try to train him by I'm not his dad, I can't MAKE him do something." Really? I watched them closely throughout the rest of the cleaning, but apparently not close enough. When I was putting a bookcase back into my office from the tiled hallway I found a ceramic artwork in pieces on the bookshelf, with a few small pieces still on the floor. Apparently they had knocked it off the bookshelf, put the big pieces back onto the shelf, and neglected to tell me, like I wouldn't find it after they left!!! What a disappointment. I thought I had found a good carpet cleaning company but not anymore! Their training, competence and integrity is nonexistent.

I have been using J2 for over a year now when they came to correct poor work another carpet cleaner did. They came out promptly, communicated when they were on their way, did a very thorough job and were very professional. But wait there is more... You don't know a company's entire professionalism, integrity and honesty until something goes wrong. A few months back while cleaning my nursery one of the legs on the crib was damaged (to their defense, the leg did stick out at an angle, so it was understandable). I emailed the owner and he got back to me the next day. He apologized and had someone come out to fix it the next week. I was happy that Jeff made it easy to resolve the issue with minimal amount of inconvenience to me. So many other companies would have denied any fault, but J2 did the right thing and corrected the problem. Because of their superior cleaning and ability to resolve issues they will have my trust and business for as long as I am in LV.

We called them and told them we had a pretty stained carpet. They understood....did their best....came back a second time at no charge to us.

The 2 workers were very polite and anxious to please. The carpet cleaning they did was the best I have had done in quite a while. The machine they used was able to obliterate spots that the previous carpet cleaner couldn't. I would happily use then again,

We had this company do carpet in the rest of our house in December and they did a thorough fantastic job. There are ordinarily just 2 of us old folks but the last 1 1/2 years our son, daughter-in-law and 6 year old grandson lived with us. After their departure to a new home, we had to have something done. We had to move furniture to allow the cleaning so we did not have the master bedroom and grout cleaning done at that time. Yesterday they came back and did our master bedroom and walk-in closet and cleaned the grout and floor in our kitchen and our hall bathroom. Could not believe what a great job they did on the grout and as usual, the carpet is gorgeous again. The carpet was originally installed in our new house in 1997 and still looks fantastic after they did their magic. Of course we purchased really high quality carpet back then which helped and we ordinarily are not h****** the carpet or furniture. Hire these guys - they are great. You get your monies worth.

The carpet looks and smells wonderful. This carpet was installed in 1997 so it has been here awhile, but you would not know it now. They were pleasant young men and we enjoyed having them. We had used Stanly Steemer the last 2 times and the quality of work as well as the professionalism of these 2 young men was 200% better than that company. We will have them come back after the first of the year to finish up in the master bedroom and clean the ceramic tile grout in our kitchen. Will provide another opinion when that work is finished, but will probably have another good experience.

The service was excellent. The technicians were on time and even called to let me know when they were in route and provided a 20 minute eta. Puncutal, professional and prompt service. They cleaned the bedrooms and stairs in a timely manner. The carpets looked new when complete. It took maybe an hour for total drying. I was thoroughly impressed and appreciative of how professional and courteous the 2 technicians performed. J2 will continue to get my business and I urge all to use them also. You will not be disappointed. Kudos for doing what you said you would.
