They did an excellent job and were very professional

The two technicians were on time and did everything we asked them to do. What was clearly demonstrated was their pride in their work. They were careful with our furniture and were very curtious. we were very pleased with the results. This was the third time we have used this company and they are our first choice for our carpet and furniture cleaning needs.

It went very well. The guy who cleaned our carpet was very friendly and helpful with his advise how our carpet clean. The only I wish they were able to do was take off the old dog pee stains but unfortunately since the stains were old, it was difficult. But overall - we will use their service again.

They were very good -- excellent. We got them off of Angie’s List. We got a 20% discount for being Angie’s List members. We have referred them to at least three other people.

The technician was very professional. The carpet turned out better than even the technician expected. After eight yrs of high traffic wear and dirt it came out very good. Exceeded my expectations. Only minor glitch was they were running about 30 minutes late, but called prior to appointment time to explain they were running late and provided a new ETA. I really appreciated the notification, that's not been the case with some recent work by other vendors. They were right on time at new ETA. Worked quickly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to use them again!

First they came out to do a estimate......It was very professional and I was given a few options for the tile floors to choose from with no pressure tactics at all. Once we decided on the level of service a date was set. Four young men showed up on time early Monday morning and started work right away. They did a amazing job on the carpets and were done that fairly quickly. The level of service that we had agreed to for cleaning polishing and sealing of the tile floor they were having a hard time with achieving. They were the ones who stepped back and made me aware of some issues with the floor and we discussed the options available to satisfy us the Customer. Their knowledge and expertise really showed and we were able to agree to a solution that actually decreased the initial quote. (so no price bumping for sure). They worked extremely hard for a full two days (which I know they didn't expect) and stayed on budget. The whole crew was as professional/polite and hard working as you could get. They showed up early and called ahead to let me know they were coming. Two guys did a superb job on cleaning our old and very dirty carpet. I've waited two weeks to see how it looks and it still looks great. Nobody else has gotten this carpet so clean. When they arrived they measured the area to clean and reduced their telephone quote by $50. I will be using them in the future.

VERY professional, EXCELLENT job on both my high traffic areas and my wool rug. They were punctual and finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.

I was on the verge of buying new carpet, and I wanted to give it one last cleaning. I have white carpet, two dogs, and three teenagers with a lot of friends. The appointment was easily set up, and the crew arrived 5 minutes early. They went to work. They worked diligently. My white carpet is once again white!!! This was by far the best carpet cleaning I have ever experienced. The carpet dried in about 3 hours time....except the stairs (6 hours). Simply put, I no longer need to buy new carpet, and I will be using this company indefinitely.

Charles and his partner did a great job. Performed service as advertised...no questions. Would definitely hire them again. Only drawback was my stairs seemed to still be wet long after "4 hours." All the flat surfaces (bedrooms, hallways) dried normally.

Paco and Charles worked quickly and efficiently to clean my very dirty carpet. There were several heavily soiled areas in addition to pet stains. In two hours my carpets and furniture looked great. It did takes overnight to thoroughly dry but I think that was due to having to work on heavily soiled areas of carpet and the cool time of year. Had it been summer the carpet would have dried much more quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Cleaned carpets and tile--best job anyone has ever done--tile and grout are 10 years old and looked brand new after they were done.|

I made appointment by phone, everything was explained to me very well, all my questions answered. On the day of service I got a call, and was informed that the crew will arrive with 30 to 40 min, and it did. They worked very efficient, Paco and Mike covered they shoes. Most important they cleaned the grout beautifully, it all came out. It all looks like new. I will use J2 in the future to take care of my tile, grout and carpet.

I was convinced that we were going to need to replace our carpet after our bathroom remodel (someone left on his/her shoes and my stairs were black.) They were able to completely save my white carpet! I couldn't believe it!

This company's fantastic! Two guys arrived right on time and were ready to work. We had just bought our house and wanted all the carpets cleaned. The house was completely empty of furniture so they were able to really get in here and clean. The carpet was in good shape to begin with, no big stains, but I really couldn't believe the difference when they were done. I thought the carpet wasn't too bad until they cleaned it! The carpet looked fantastic when they were done! Also when I sheduled them to come in it was just for the carpets but my husband decided we should really have the tile and grout done as well. So we asked if they would be able to work that in or if we should just schedule an appointment for another time for it. After one of the guys put a call in to their office to be sure they had time in their schedule that day they were able to go ahead and get right to work on the tile and grout. I was so grateful for that. It was really great the way they accommodated us. They didn't have to do that, they could have made me shedule it for later. I will definitely use J2 Cleaning again in the future. The guys were very professional and really nice. I appreciate how hard they worked and how well I was treated as their customer.

Two gentlemen arrived promptly and started work right away. The carpets were light tan and the high traffic areas black with dirt. They cleaned the carpets 3x and the tar from outdoors was ground down to the padding and stained. They showed us several times how the carpet was stained and they did the best they could getting out the tar in the heavy traffic areas. Just want to let you know when they dried they look much lighter than when they were still damp. The tile floors buffed, polished and sealed (the grout was gross black), Paco did a fantastic job and showed us on his phone the work while it was being done. It was amazing that they look brand new. Very happy with all the work that was done and highly recommend J2!!!! They came out on very short notice, which was greatly appreciated since we thought it would be move in ready and we had much work to accomplish. We used the coupon from Angies list and they discounted us 20% on the work that was covered and qualified for the discount. I highly recommend and give the an A+/10 over all. Thank you for your hard work on such short notice too!!!!

J2 did a great job. I used a different company recently that was suggested by my property management company and I regret that now. J2 by comparison was both cheaper and better than them.

This company was wonderful. We moved as much furniture as possible for them before arrival. They were quick, efficient, and they carpet looks MUCH nicer now! They worked well as a team. They also communicated well, and to anyone who has pets warned about they had to leave the door open so the animals did not run outside.

The original charge was $315 and they gave us a discount because we were a church. The quality was excellent. They were there on time and everything went perfectly. We got comments from people for the next couple of weeks on how wonderful it looked. They did an excellent job. I actually used them again to do my home on December 30th. They actually made an exception and did it on Sunday because it was the only time that it worked for me. They were on time and did excellent work. There were 3 gentlemen that came for the church and only one that came for my house. They were excellent. They were courteous and responsive. They wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything.

When I called to make the appointment, Jeff and I played phone tag a few times, but it was totally worth it. He scheduled me for the next afternoon, but called me a few hours early on the day of service to see if his crew could come earlier, which made me very happy because I had told him the earlier the better. A team of two came over and were very professional. They didn't mind my dogs, and they fully explained the cleaning process to me. In a very short time, the purple baby food stains that I worried about were gone and the light tan carpets looked new, quite a feat considering the amount of hair my dogs shed. When the 2 men left, they even gave me booties to walk on the carpet until it dries! I will definitely be using their service again.

Very well. A 2-man crew arrived on time, prepped the area, cleaned the carpets and were out in less than 2hrs. They were prompt, courteous, neat and met all our special requests (we had just had the house painted and they were very careful not to mar the walls/woodwork. My only disappointment/concern was that they did not put ALL furniture in the rooms up on foam blocks to avoid moisture getting to wood/fabric furnishings and no heavy furniture was moved (i.e., our kingsized bed) so that corner areas and behind furniture was not well cleaned -- but, barring my doing a total rearranging of the room, the areas not done are not heavy traffic and won't be seen -- just would have been nice to have the dust/pollen/debris cleaned from there as well,. Not a big deal, though.

I was impressed with the work. The job was done well, early in fact because the had a cancellation and fit me in before my scheduled time, and was completed ahead of schedule from beginning to end. I would gladly use them again. The cleaning and sealing of the grout was done very quickly and the stain removal from the carpet was nothing short of miraculous in a very stained and high traffic area.
