Description of Work: Cleaned and sealed 1000 sq.ft. of white tile and grout. Charles and Jacob were here at the scheduled time. They were courteous did an outstanding job and at a great price. I can highly recommend this company. Unbelievably my tile now is like new. I did not expect it to be brought back this well. The machine they use does the job!

Description of Work: They cleaned 4 rooms, practically the whole house. It took about 2 hrs, just as they quoted. The difference was they extract more water & shampoo in their process so the carpets feel softer and not crunchy afterward. Very satisfied with the results. We will be calling them again.

 + -1 moreI use them because they do a nice job on the carpet cleaning and janitorial at the building I work at. This is the 2nd time they did my house. Both times they did a great job on everything. They are always very professional, work hard, and don't skip a beat. I had a red stain that I scrubbed for ever and couldn't get out, they removed it in 30 seconds.
Description of Work: J2 cleaned the carpet in 2 bedrooms and my living room. I chose their dry steam cleaning. I had the regular steam last time and it took about 2 hours to dry, this time it was dry in 30 minutes and came out real nice. They also steam cleaned the tile and grout in kitchen and entry area.
