It went well.

The guy who came and did the installation was superb. He came right when he was supposed to. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do. He had everything he needed to do it. He came in, did everything, and was out of here in less than 45 minutes. He did a decent job. He took extra care to make sure he put up little holders on the walls in the middle of the blind so that the cords could be held up away from the floor out of the reach of children. He did that without even asking. He was very detail-oriented which was very nice. He gave me extra tips about how to keep the blinds clean. He was very informative and helpful with that. He was excellent.

My custom made living room drapes are simply beautiful and Thea from J C Penny is returning next week to help me chose drapes for another room. I am very pleased with my new living room drapes from J C Penny and the customer service I received was excellent as well. The drapes fit perfect, look great with my decor and Thea was great with her choices in material. I was also pleased with the nice tall gentleman who came to install my drapes. He was professional in his work and tall enough not to need a ladder to do the installation work.

The sales people at Penney's were extremely helpful in selecting the curtains for our house, and the appointment for installation was two days later. The contractor sent was a very nice man, and spent some time talking with us. Once he started work, the curtains were up in two or three hours. He checked all the measurements to make sure they were level. The curtains add richness to our interior, we are happy with the results.

It was a fiasco because they lost our order and in the mean time the price changed. It was a mistake on their part, but we had to pay more money. We ordered this in March and it was August before they delivered the drapery and blind and installed it. They re very pricey, but it is a very top quality material and they did a good job with it.
