house cleaning
+ -1 moreJC was very accommodating when I needed to change the day and time for this job. The employee was running late on the day but gave me a phone call to let me know. She was very eager to know what I wanted done and got right to work on the things I prioritized. She had all her own equipment and kept working the entire time without any supervision.
Description of Work: Bathroom deep cleaning from ceiling to floor (didn't quite get to the tiles in the time allotted). This was my first time using this kind of service in my home. I was generally happy with the service provided. Employee was running late at previous job but gave me a call to let me know she'd be 15 minutes late. That was fine Employee very eager to please and got to work quickly, and did not need a lot of supervision.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job. However, when I tried to call them back to schedule another appointment, I couldn't get a hold of them. Their service was good, but their communication was lacking. I thought they worked really hard. I was quite satisfied with the job they did.
Description of Work: They provided housecleaning services. Two people cleaned for four hours. One of the workers got sick, so another one came out. They actually worked for five hours, but I paid for four hours, because one person wasn't there part of the time.
