J&L construction went well they checked every single detail the following are; ? Mold ?framing ?internal leaks ? lead ? drywall ? plywood ? paint and etc..... J&L construction was an excellence experience very convenient. Their work is there recommendation.

My insurance company said they will send their own water restoration service provider, and I did not know that at the time I purchased this.

He explained why we did not have a mold problem to our satisfaction. He took the time to explain what we should look for if mold became a problem in our home.

I am a seventy-three year old disabled retiree and needed a bathing system that was handicap accessible. I'd seen TV commercials from those national companies and talked to a couple of their reps but the estimates I received were ridiculously high and did not cover other work I wanted done (new vanity, toilet relocation, rewiring etc.) I had met Luis Jones ( owner/operator) when I took advantage of an Angie's list deal a couple of years ago to check out our cooling system. When I saw another deal from his company for a bathroom remodel I called him and he met my wife and myself at our home and we discussed my special needs. He understood handicapped accessible bathrooms and had several suggestions we had not thought of. The end result was a completely retiled bathroom and an expanded showering system that met my needs perfectly. Luis was up-front from the beginning about the cost exceeding the allocated Angie's Deal amount. We worked it out together and I provided additional items and the whole job still cost half of what it would have had I used the national companies. The final product is amazing. Architect Digest amazing. The tile work and painting is exquisite. Jorge, the construction crew chief,did a marvelous job supervising the gang and they were all respectful and profesional throughout the job.

I called and Luis said he could come over in two days. He did come in the range of time we agreed upon. My husband was home and showed him the bathroom. The demolition work was already done. We just wanted him to put up a small wall, do a little dry wall, tile the shower and install our toilet. And he was not interested!! He said he doesn't do that kind of work...yet in his business description he mentions that he specializes in bath remodels! And in the services included section he lists bathroom remodels. I have another company coming out to give me an estimate next week. I want a company that is interested in having work, not someone who obviously doesn't care. If he doesn't care about my job, he would not do a good job.

J and L gave us a quote for a bathroom remodel and discovered we had a leak in the shower area and there was some mold present. We endeded up choosing this provider to complete our remodel and get rid of the mold. They were great with communication and there pricing was competative. Would use again.

J and L ripped out the carpet in the bathroom and replaced with tile. They also replaced the cultured marble counter tops with granite and put in a new sink. Finally they replaced the aging shower and fixtures and re-tiled the shower. The new bathroom loos amazing and no more carpet in the bathroom is an upgrade. The out dated bathroom is now new again.

J and L removed our old tub which had a crack in it and replaced. they also tiled the bath area and bathtub. This is a lot better than the usual tract home bath. I only wish we had done this sooner. The crew was always on time and professional. They kept the work area clean and the job was finished quickly and on budget. A class act. A+++

Mr. Jones was on time and very professional. He fixed the leaking toilet and removed drywall, insulation, and baseboard and now it looks like no damage was present. The price was reasonable and we will turn to J and L in the future

J&L helped us with our mold problem and did a fantastic job so when my aunt asked if I was able to refer anyone to her for her bathroom remodel I gave her Luis' contact info. My aunt's English is not too good but it helped that Luis is bilingual so she felt comfortable. He was able to explain everything to her and she is so super happy. Her new bathroom is beautiful and she appreciates the wonderful customer service she received. If she knew how to operate a computer she would be on here leaving a great review herself. There were several problems with our configuration of plumbing in both bathrooms . J and L took care of all of them the best and most economic way. Tiling and fixtures went in. One fixture, a part was missing from the box but they took care of that too. Painting was meticulous. Team works together well. Clean up was done last day. I liked them so much I had them do a couple of smaller things that they did fast and perfect. I'm having them back to do a soft water instillation . This is one good crew and contractor. They all know their stuff. Plumbing, electrical, tiling was masterful. They gave me an estimate of time and kept to it. I just want to say the team worked so hard sometime I felt sorry that my installation was so difficult for them. They kept us informed and did what was necessary. Commendable effort from all.

Due to a water leak in my master bathroom we needed part of our bedroom and a shoe closet replaced. Luis had done some work for us last year and because of the great experience we called him once again. He confirmed we had mold and part of the walls needed replacement. Of course, he first fixed the source of the leak and was able to clean up mold in some areas without completely replacing. As before, he was on time to any appointment we made with him. The price was reasonable and he took the time to explain in detail any and every expense. The quality of work was great and was completed within the promised timeframe. It can be hard to find honest quality work but Luis has definitely gained our trust and we will be contacting him for any other service we may need.

We call J&L constructions to ask for a estimate for bathroom remodel we end it up hiring J&L because of the hi reviews, professionalism and price. We have now a top of the line bathroom with spectacular amenities it was a pleasure working with Luis Jones we definitely hire them again and we highly recommend this company.

It was a hot day as usual in Las Vegas. The downstairs AC was not using. It was on a Saturday. I called Luis and he quickly responded. He told me to turn the AC off and he would be over to take a look at the system. When he arrived, he quickly looked at the unit and knew exactly what was wrong without hesitation. He quickly changed the fan motor within a matter of 45 min. He did not try to upsell me on anything else. Since, he has called and followed up with me to make sure all is well with the unit. Luis is reflection of professionalism,honesty and customer satisfaction. I will continue to utilize his services.

Here are a few pros: 1. The quality of the work is outstanding. Luis only puts the best work out. 2. Customer satisfaction is Luis's priority. 3. The details of the project were spectacular. 4. Clean-up was great! Better than I expected. 5. Price... Definitely worth every penny. Cons: 1. Because Luis was so attention to detail, the project took an extra day then expected. Though not really a negative.

Everything was completed in a timely manner and they had a couple of suggestions for the remodel that worked out well. They are a small operation but very effective.

The estimate they provided was well within range of the contractor we selected. I would recommend J & L to anyone, as I felt they would do a good job.

My parents were happy with the mold remediation job that J&L had performed on their stand up shower. They decided that it was also time to update their kitchen. Called J&L again and setup a kitchen remodel. Luis came in measured the counter tops and ordered the corian. He and his crew stripped the cabinets of their old finish and re-stained them to match the new countertops. My parents had him paint the walls at the same time which gave the whole kitchen a new updated look! The countertops were installed in a quick manner and my parents were able to use their kitchen quickly!! Thanks J&L!!

The remodeling was great!! We basically got a new and upgraded room minus the crack and black mold.

There was a leak under my master bathtub. I knew something was wrong because the drywall was soft towards the molding of the flooring. I called J&L for an estimate and he was over immediately. He pointed out that I had water damage that had turned into mold. Needless to say, I gave the ok to start work immediately. My tub was pulled out, the leak turned out to be a damaged drain pipe that was in the concrete. He repaired the pipe and installed my new jet tub. It basically entailed ripping the drywall apart, cutting into the concrete. My bathroom is way nicer than before! Thanks J&L for your speedy work! I highly recommend them!
