Description of Work: They cut a 14 inch "ditch" 12 inches deep from my kitchen sink through the kitchen, through the garage, across the driveway and across the yard for laying a new drain pipe from the kitchen sink and the washing machine in the garage to the main sewer pipe from the house to the street. |They were really, really good.... we were completely satisfied.

He patiently took the time to explain To me how it affects my ice maker when I turn off the water while going on vacation. He didn't even charge us extra because it wasn't that much. He never made a big deal about the small changes we made through out the job. Now we want to remodel the rest of the house and feel really good about it .

+ 1 moreWhen Luis came to the house, he was ready for all scenarios of mold removal and I was quite impressed. He knew how every home owners Health concerns for MOLDS . Told him that we primarily needed to remove MOLDS and make our bathroom bigger. He carefully inspected our bathroom . Needed the following things to do: Mold removal, Gas line needed to be moved in order to make the bathroom bigger. He worked with my budget and was very happy how close we were to that. He stated that remodeling will last for about a week. But he was actually done in 5 days. Im my experience, constructions are always being delayed and to my amazement , he even finished ahead of time. Very impressive. I knew I got the best deal TWICE!!!!! Luis BEATS EVERYONE'S REVIEW !
Description of Work: Been having problem with one of my bathroom. It has MOLD! and we wanted a bigger bathroom. Been postponing fixing it cause of financial constraint. But the molds just gotten worse so I started getting bids to remodel my bathroom. Got several OUTRAGEOUS BIDS and then I remember Luis from All Around Heating- Cooling and Plumbing. He gave me his bus card...J AND L Construction. He came to the house and was very happy to see a familiar reliable trustworthy person. Told him, I am a REPEAT customer and I needed the REPEAT Customer DISCOUNT! Informed him I needed my bathroom bigger and most important removal of molds and that we were in a tight budget.

Description of Work: During a home inspection, it was discovered that we had a mold problem. Of the three quotes that we got, J & L Construction offered us the most professional bid. It was then discovered that in order to remodel/enlarge the bathroom, gas lines had to be moved. J & L Construction did a phenomenal job, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

+ 1 moreI had a leak under my bathtub, i called Louis in a panic and he came out right away, appears i had a leak in the wall behind the tub, anyway, he was able to fix it right away. During his travels in and out of the house he mentioned to me that he smelled gas in my laundry room area and sure enough there was a gas leak to my dryer, i had him fix it as well, i'm so glad he knows what he's doing or who knows what could have happened with the gas leak and the water leak which could have caused much more damage than it did. Thanks so much!
