I'm booked for June, didn't say no, I'm just busy. I find some customers to be sensitive to this. The way I look at is I worked hard to be where I am, if I'm busy, I must be doing something right. I hope you find someone who can take you right away, I'm sure he's better, just not busy :)

Description of Work: Provider missed Big Deal (bathroom design and remodeling consultation) appointment. Called 30 minutes later, indicated that he was running behind, but could arrive at my home 30 minutes later. I could not wait any longer.

No estimate, no work.
Description of Work: Called for an initial estimate only. The service area states Clark County, but when they were told I live in Boulder City they would not even come for an estimate and I was told they are not licensed to do work in Boulder City. Suggest they change their service area if they will not do work in Boulder City.

Description of Work: We used the AC checkup service. Luis called and was 15 minutes ahead of schedule and when he got here it was in no time he said there is nothing wrong with the AC unit and that he didn't want to mess with things to create work and in my mind that tells me alot how honest he is. Since some AC companys I have heard of will do everything they can do to rip a person off. I will be using this companyagain and have given there number two a couple of friends at work.
