+ -1 moreAfter he did the inspection, he was paid in cash and gave a receipt. He found a hole in the roof. He said that he will send a copy of the written report. He has blocked my number, and has not return my calls or responded to my emails. I would not recommend him.

+ -1 moreNo bugs for about 5 months and then began to see a few trying to come in from outside, took longer to die. Understandable considering the heat makes the poison less effective over time. Probably need spraying twice a year.

+ -1 moreIt was okay. The guy was nice and they came fast but it wasn't really like a lot of pest control. Unfortunately, the house had been sort of invaded with spiders so it didn't really take care of it. I ended up having to call somebody else.
Description of Work: We used the "Big Deal" that we purchased for the services of Intrusion Pest Control.

+ -1 moreThe service went fine. They came out shortly after I purchased the $76 big deal, and there were no additional charges to it. This was my first time to use them. In general, it was good, but he set his canister down on my bathroom carpet and it left a ring.
Description of Work: Intrusion Pest Control sprayed the entire inside of the house and the yard, around the perimeter and around the house.

+ -1 moreThe Las Vegas area had a rain storm while I was out of town and ants took up residents in many homes in the area Wen I got home I had thousands of ants everywhere I went to Angie's list to find the right guy for the job. Although swamped by business they came out the next morning. Did the entire exterior of the lot and all areas in the home in an hour. All ants were gone by the next day. Service was prompt professional and friendly. I got his card and will use his service any time needed I would Highly recommend this company for any of your Pest needs

+ -1 moreMy husband was here when Intrusion Pest Control came out and he thought they did a thorough job. We didn't do a service contract or anything because we were in the middle of moving into this house but that is something we will purse with him, for sure.

I decided to only treat the common areas. He was informative about the efficacy of the product. Also, it was great that the product was water based and left no residual stains on the floor or baseboards.

Description of Work: I saw the special deal on this exterminator and because of his high rating I quickly chose the company, and bought the deal. I didn't hear from the company for a couple of days, so I called them and we made a date of on or around May 3. I missed the appointment. I spoke to the exterminator and apologized; he said he was not able to look at his appointments in the truck, and would have someone in the office call me. Day after day this week I have called and left messages, and finally got a call back this morning. I was given a date late in May, and asked for an earlier one. When this was not possible I told her I'd cancel with Angie's List. While I was on the phone with Angie's List, Mr Owner of the Company left me a threatening message on my cell phone, and considered my voucher for the job expired). Please note he would claim I was rude to his secretary; we had a conversation about an appointment Can this be real? DO NOT PAY FOR A JOB UNTIL IT'S DONE

Description of Work: I got a Living Social coupon earlier this year and just recently used it. I really like Rob. He gave me a 1-130pm time frame and showed up at 1:07pm. I had a lot of questions he took time to answer them all. He has warranty on his service so if you are having any issues between monthly services, he will come out and spray for free.
