Intraworks - Las Vegas

I had a 6 camera system installed. 4 of the 6 cameras are not working again(third time). This is becoming a frequent issue. I’m not at all satisfied with this system and the guarantees I was promised when I purchased and had it installed. I’m very dissatisfied that every time something goes wrong I am required to pay a technician $200+ to come out each time and only fix the problem temporarily. And one of the other cameras is purple, and the last technician who came out said it could be replaced for being defective under warranty . I have not received any information on this as well. The customer service I’m receiving is sub par. I have paid for an expensive commercial surveillance system for residential use and I’m beginning to regret it. I should have bought ring for as much as it costs to have your technician out each time. It’s quite ridiculous actually. I also never received an instruction manual or directions how to add troubleshoot or configure the cameras either. I have yet to hear back from anyone at the company with some sort of resolution to this ongoing problem.

I left the bad review, and since they have fixed their wrong and fired those involved. The new service is much better and new management is great. Fixed all my problems
