 + -1 moreThere isn't a live person to answer their phone. Went thru the phone tree yesterday and left a message for Sales (I wanted to request some to come to my home to provide a quote). No one has called me back-it has been over 24 hours. If this is any indication of their customer sales/service, I will not be doing business with Insight Security Solutions.

 + -1 moreBryan did an amazing job doing the install. Everything was exactly as I hoped. He even suggested some improvements to our set up that worked out much better. Showed up on time, worked cleanly, very pleased with result.

 + 0 moreExceptionally well. We shopped 5 different vendors before selecting this company. We went with them because they were professional, punctual and most importantly, affordable. The day of the installation, the tech showed up 10 mins early (that never happens!) and was quick and efficient in completing the installation and setup of the system. He walked us through all the options and settings on the alarm and knowledgeably answered all our questions. We haven't had any issues with the system since it was installed. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!

 + 0 moreEverything went great! We have a strange home layout so I was worried about the sensors working, but the Insight team walked me through everything I needed and helped with the entire setup and testing process.
