Absolutely fantastic. Jeremy and Shawn were extremely professional and explained everything they were doing along the way and what the benefits of the work was. Came to find out that there was a huge gap between the vent and the duct in my family so basically for the past three years, I've been paying to cool the space between the ceiling on the first floor and floor on the second floor of my house. They sealed the gap and I'm already seeing a BIG difference in my power bill. They got rid of years of dust buildup and even gave me a discount on the second AC unit because they had to reschedule (hey... things happen... no biggie). Family men who genuinely care about the work they do and the service they provide and they got the work done in about an hour. Would highly recommend and use them again.

I was really impressed with him. He was absolutely fantastic. It was an Angie's list deal. He was extremely knowledgeable. He answered the questions i had that made sense. He was pleasant, professional and got the job done. He was out standing.

Seemed to go okay - difficult to know how well it turned out. Said it wasn't very clogged. He was very friendly and personable.

The provider showed up on time and got right to work. Both workers were polite and explained the procedure they used and offered to answer any questions we had.

The visit went really well. The owner Jeremy came with another person to perform the cleaning. They arrived in the time allotted and were very friendly. They discussed briefly what they were going to do and got to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. They got all the work done and cleaned up after themselves. The price was reasonable and was what was discussed and agreed upon in our initial phone conversation. Jeremy did not add and extra charges or go against his promise of what the job would cost.. We were really happy with the work.. Our ducts are clean now and the air condition works even better now... We would totally use them again when the need arises... Thanks guys for a great job.

Jeremy went above and beyond to provide great customer service. I just bought a foreclosure that has been collecting dust for over one year. The house feels 100% better after my service.

I felt that their coupon offer was a bit misleading in that the coupon states "Entire HVAC and Air Duct Cleaning," while in fact the offer is for only one unit. If your house has more than one unit, then there is an additional charge. This was explained to me upon contacting the owner however, and was charged an additional $99 even though my home has 3 units, so I thought the price was still very reasonable. I felt that the owner and assistant were very courteous, efficient, and worked hard. I was satisfied and happy with the job and with the cost.

I saw all the vents cleaned out, the dryer vent and air filter. All work processes explained thoroughly. I personally watched the work. Jeremy was very informative and offered a high quality vent filter for a previous appointment that didn't go thru which I didn't mind at all because the original date was hectic for me as well. Bottomline is that the work done was very good and I was satisfied. I definitely will use the service again.

If you have never had this done, be prepared for a shock. We have no idea how much gunk builds up in those vents. They pulled a ton of garbage out of just the air unit . It took about two hours and it changed my whole house. It feels cleaner and the air is much quitter. Both these young men are true pros.

The service was great. He cleaned out the dryer vent, it was 30% obstructed. He moved the dryer out and made sure everything was properly set up and working behind the dryer. He made sure the area inside the dryer that catches the lint was all clean. He cleaned up all of the lint. He also adjusted an air conditioning vent (inside) that was rattling and made sure it was adjusted properly so the cool air would go to the right areas in the room. I was happy with the service and would use him again.

My dryer was taking ridiculously long to dry a load of clothes so I knew I had a problem. Jeremy came and cleaned out the dryer vent (mine goes under the house) from the inside and outside. He found that water had gotten inside the vent from outside making the problem worse. He took the extra time to reconfigure the outside vent so this shouldn't happen again. Excellent results, excellent service!

Very happy with service. Jeremy and coworker were friendly and answered any questions I had. They cleaned all the vents and ducts and cleaned my dryer vent which was very dirty. Replaced my air filters with lifetime washable ones. They even cleaned the pot shelf in the master bedroom which was very dusty and cleaned the ceiling fans, door jams, and the exhaust fans in the bathrooms. My wife was suffering with breathing at night and we all suffer with allergies. Since the service there has been a noticeable difference. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants there house cleaner with less dust, less sneezing and stuffy noses, and better sleep.

Worked fine for 10 weeks before the line came loose. Called and left message on 3 different occasions but could not get a callback. Finally had to hire a contractor to fix the problem. After spending an additional $80, problem fixed and contractor said that previous work done by indoor solution was surprisingly unprofessional. Cannot recommend to others due to calls not being answered.

Very professional, quality carpet, fast installation. I would use Expert Flooring Solutions again in a heartbeat! My home looks AMAZING!!!!

NO CALL! NO SHOW! My dad was very sick in the hospital and I explained to Jeremy how important this was to me and my family. I needed the house as clean and dust free as possible. He explained the process and the work that was to be done. My appointment was on Friday, June 20. I had to else for the weekend but my mother was at home waiting for him. When I spoke to her Friday afternoon, she told me that no one showed up. I called him immediately after I got off the phone with my mother and sent him a message via Angie's list for him to call me back. It's now Saturday, 4:30 PM and still no call. I would have never written this review if he had even attempted to contact me. Even his hours of business operation on here says he is open on Saturdays so I was expecting a call back at least. So disappointed!

We had some persistent problem with dust and allergies and needed air duct cleaning for 2 units and also cleaning of the air dryer vent. I researched several vendors with mixed feelings about the price, what they would do, how they would do it and the price and was at a loss after reading the range of reviews about them. Indoor Air Solutions stood a little apart from them. We started with some confusion with communication with website issues and email, but Jeremy was nice enough to offer a discount for the inconvenience. I am knocking a point off from Responsiveness and Punctuality for this reason but have to say that Jeremy handled the situation elegantly. The day of the cleaning he arrived with another worker. They were very courteous, professional and efficient and went about the work systematically. They took about 4 hours to clean and sanitize and cleaned up after themselves. They used a large vaccum machine and blowers and brushes. We saw some drop in dust but the allergies continued for a few days, but then about 5-6 days later it all cleared up. The dust level dropped drastically and the allergies vanished. I imagine it was because there was some residual dust left in the ductwork that had been knocked loose and once that cleared up everything was good. I suspect this is something quite normal with air duct cleaning. Overall I think they did a pretty thorough job and we are quite satisfied with the results. I would recommend them for air duct cleaning.

This turned out very good. I was perfectly happy with them.

They seemed to do a good job cleaning vents and wiping down vent covers. They vacuumed up dust off the floor afterwards, However there was some dust that they missed but not much. I thought the offer included a lifetime filter and cleaning of ceiling fans but they put in disposible filters and my ceiling fans were still dusty.

The service went poorly. I felt like they were in a rush. I was not keeping an eye on what they were doing. I found towards the end of the service they did not clean everything mentioned in the deal. I am not positive they actually did clean everything. I ended up having more problems with the air quality after they left. I tried to schedule the company back out, but scheduling them was very difficult so I gave up on trying to get them back out. That was not all their fault and they were just not able to accommodate my schedule.

everything went well, wasnt home when work was done, my mom was. About a month after work was done I noticed that both filters that they installed ripped because they were installed upside down.
