I was so impressed with this company, after a desperate call for help Jeremy made a special effort to get out to my home, this with him having to be moving their home on the same day, he made time for me and I was very impressed, excellent service, well worth the money, and would not hesitate to call again.

Jeremy came out and cleaned the vent ....I used the Angie's list discount. He was in and out in no time. He explained how the vent was run and the type of lint in the pipe (new vs old) as we had just purchased the home. Recommended cleaning in another 3-4 years. Great experience.

Called to schedule 5 days ahead. Called again on day of service to indicate I was available. Said he'd be there in 45 minutes, got there 10 minutes early. Moved appliance to access duct work. Thoroughly cleaned ductwork from dryer to venting system. Then, cleared out venting system that was reachable from the laundry room. Reattached and sealed dryer duckwork. Finally, cleaned floor behind appliance and returned to original position. Got up on roof, cleaned venting system from the opposite side, removed two handfuls of lint. Done in about 30 minutes.

I couldn't tell the difference from before service. I haven't had any change in dusting frequency. The company was friendly and punctual. They were also supposed to clean the dryer vent and I didn't see any change in drying time. it is not as clean as I thought it would be. I have cleaned the vent myself and still think I should get the dryer vent cleaned again.

I was extremely pleased with the service of the technician E.J. It was apparent he knew what he was doing. He completed the work efficiently and repaired the errors in venting left from the previous company. I am seriously pleased with this company's work and would have them again.

Jeremy and partner (forgot name) came over at scheduled time. They were both friendly, courteous and professional. The work was completed and I would use them again in the future.

It went well. I wasn't there, my wife was there. It was resolved and it has been doing okay since. I explained what happened where the hose got kinked in the back. I don't recall any sort of delay in having them come out. I think they came out within a couple of days after we called them or after they called us.

Jeremy arrrived on time. He is very pleasant and professional. As my grandson is asthmatic, it was important to me to select someone actually professionally trained and certified to clean and sanitize air ventilation systems.....not someone who just learned to do his job working for someone else . . Would use him again without hesitation and recommend him without reservation!! Wish I could find more tradesmen like him!!!

Jeremy was very professional and explained what he did. I appreciated that he informed me of other services but did not try to pressure me into buying anything.

They were excellent. On time and friendly. Explained exactly what they were going to do. Not only cleaned dryer vent, but cleaned the back of the washer and dryer. Cleaned up well after the work was done. Gave good advise for maintenance of the filter. Really impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their vents cleaned.

Amazing job! I had new tile floors done and my ducts were filled with tile dust residue. Not only did they do an outstanding job of cleaning the ducts, they dusted, swept and vacuumed the house. I am now dust free and will be using them again in the future.

Hyper impressed, the owner himself handled our job and he went far beyond what was specified in the work order to provide exemplary service while performing the cleaning. Jeramy moved the dryer out of its cabinet, retrimmed the flexable exhaust tubing and cleaned all around the rear of our dryer, the sides and floor before replacing it in its cubby hole. He also used a special tool to clean the exhaust line from the exterior wall vent flap back to the rear of the dryer; and cleaned up all the debris that came out of the vent onto the grass and shrubbery.

I thought these guys were awesome, but then they broke my lamp, and I know accidents happen, but I'm sort of disappointed that they didn't offer to pay for the damage. Now one of the vents fell off the wall, so it wasn't secured right. My husband told me that he was told there should have been two men. I got one and even though he did a good job. The breakage of my lamp is still a bad spot with me. I just can't get around someone coming into my home and breaking something and not seeming sincere and sorry. So I'm changing my review to a B.

Not sure if the guy came in was sick or under influence, asked me same questions twice and had the intoxicated eyes. Although work was completed without complication, however, was not comfortable with him being in the house at all. Probably will not use them in the future.

I purchased this deal from Angies list the 1st of September. Indoor Air Solutions was ready to make the appointment right away; however, I was having the interior of the house painted. Both my painter and Jeremy with Indoor Air said I needed to wait until after the painting to do the duct cleaning. My painter was then delayed in getting the job done and Jeremy was more than gracious in waiting to reschedule our appointment. I am super happy with the work that was done. The house smells fresher and the vents look nearly brand new. The technician who came to the house was very professional and methodical in his work - he also thoroughly explained everything to me. I am more than pleased with the work and will definitely use this company again.

I purchased the $75 dryer vent special and Jeremy got in contact right away to schedule an appointment. He was very communicative. He arrived on time. He cleaned my dryer vent and changed the duct for one that would more efficient for my setup. He tested my dryer before he left. I originally had been worried that my dryer was broken as it was taking 2-3 cycles to dry my clothes, towels, laundry. However, after Jeremy cleaned the vent and changed the duct, everything dries in 1 cycle. The service was completely worthwhile.

Showed up early took a good look at the dryer vent system. New vent hose, placed in a more sensible fashion - and I'm back in business!!! Two thumbs up!!!

Jeremy and his team are awesome. Professional, nice and knowledgeable. They cleaned every duct, vent and filter in the house. They even cleaned off all of the dusty stacked stone. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything exactly as they found it. Have noticed a huge improvement in dust in the home since they were here. A+++++

Once the provider arrived the appointed went as intended. He scaled the roof where my dryer vent is located. He unclogged my vent very quickly and replaced the cover to the vent that tiles workers had left off one year ago when replacing the roof tiles. He also replaced my inside dryer vent connection between the machine and wall. I was very pleased with the work he did. My dryer is running more efficiently. This is the second time I used this company and I am very pleased with there work. I will use this company again.

There were no troubles with scheduling. The owner was excellent and very easy to work with. They completed the work within about two hours. Everything turned out fine.

Nothing irks me more then my time being wasted & people lying. I have a HUGE problem in this apartment I just moved into. Anything someone does in their apartment comes into mine. Cigarette smoke, spicy cooking smells, bleach smells, perfume smells. The worst is the cigarette smoke, I am actually breathing in second hand cigarette smoke & I'm very sick now. I wake up with headaches & tired, I can't breath & my lips turn numb. Of course the landlord says there's nothing he can do about it, so I came onto Angie's list looking for someone who has experience with vents because clearly it's a ventilation issue. I didn't think someone who cleans ducts could fix the problem, but I wrote to Jeremy on the off chance he could. He wanted me to call him, so I did. On the phone he rest assured me he went to school for his expertise & he will get to the bottom of this issue & fix it plus write up a report as to what the problem is. He mentioned others may have smoked in the aprt before & I told him this has nothing to do with the issue at all. I told him that sometimes there's no issue at all, it's only when people are home in their apartments. I've been distraught since moving in here & no govt agency will help, but Jeremy told me NOT to worry & so he gave me hope. He shows up with his partner (they are young) & doesn't even know what the problem is even though I spoke to him only the day before & told him everything. He walks around for literally one minute, looks at the bathroom paint job that covered up some water damage, looks at cigarette burns on the bathroom floor & tries to tell me it's because of the previous tenants who smoked in the apt. I started to get VERY upset, but almost lost it when he said there was nothing he could do & his solution was for me to move. When I realized the guy had just wasted my time & led me on (not to mention I got up early for him), I sat at my desk & said just leave. He called me rude & slammed the glass sliding door which could have broke. This guy is unprofessional, lies about the scope of his knowledge, gave me false hope, woke me up when I could have slept more & wasted my time both on the phone the night before & then today (I don't care if it was only 2-3 minutes). He's probably good at ONE thing, cleaning ducts.

Love, love, love this company. Their were two guys who performed the job in an expeditious manner. They were on time and they did a great clean-up afterwards using their vacuum and what I guess was some sort of air hose. An all around wonderful job and I will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to friends and neighbors. Thanks again INDOOR AIR SOLUTIONS.

We bought a house in which the previous owner had a cat and needed to do our best at getting out as much cat hair and dander as possible prior to move-in. Part of this was to have the HVAC cleaned. Indoor Air Solutions did an AMAZING job! They were on-time and very professional. We believe this service did wonders for my husband's allergies; during the final walk-thru, he had itchy, swollen eyes and face just from 5 minutes in the house, and after the cleaning, he has had no such reaction. It has now been a month since the service and we are still very happy. We will be using them as part of our home maintenance routine.
