I was very pleased with the work. We had never had the vent cleaned, and we have lived in this house for 16 years! The vent from the dryer goes up the wall, back a few through feet through the ceiling, and then across the ceiling over a three car garage to vent outside. The young man had his work cut out for him. It took him almost two hours to get it clean, and he showed me all of the lint that he pulled out of the system. We certainly feel safer now that it is done. This would have been a bargain at twice the price!

They were great-I actually bought this for my rental and there was a mix up since I paid for it they showed up at my address. Before I had a chance to call my renter and reschedule they had already been there and performed the service. They were prompt and professional and did what they were supposed to do! I will use them again for my other properties.

Our gas dryer had not been working properly and it was taking a very long time to dry clothes. Also, the machine would stop because the sensor was telling it that the clothes were done when they were not. I did a little research on-line and determined that the problem was most likely caused by a clogged dryer vent. Checked Angie's list and decided to purchase a "by now" service for Indoor Air. We were in communication with Jeremy of IA and were able to set up an appointment for the following day, He stayed in touch via e-mail/phone and showed up at the agreed upon time the following day and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. Jeremy was very professional and customer oriented (he took the time to explain things to us and show us the vent pipes etc.). He cleaned up whatever mess he made and told us that we should not have any worries for at least three years. I would highly recommend him.

Showed up on time and completely respected our home-where we don't wear shoes inside & within seconds they politely took off there shoes( sorry, a bit OCD). We had a dryer that was not completely drying our clothes without having to cycle 2-3 times. Jeremy & his counter partner took a look at the vent & cleaned them out however, this was not the problem as Jeremy told us that there was only a 15% blockage. I respect the integrity! Jeremy then checked the central heating of our dryer (going through each cycle) and realizing its the sensor issue with the actually appliance. He gave me another number of an honest company he recommends to help with the actual dryer! Great company, nice guys, would highly recommend, on time-polite, professional! Service person cleaned up the lint from the roof and that was it.

They arrived promptly and on time. They got right to work and had no problems cleaning my vents even though it had been more than 5 years since it had been done. I am very pleased with the services they provided.

Jeremy and his assistant were very nice to deal with. They were on time, very courteous, and very professional. He explained what they were going to be doing and answered all our questions. They covered furniture and counters when necessary and were careful to keep dust to a minimum. When we asked about whether we needed more filters in the air vents and whether we needed a different type of filter in the heat exchangers he told us we had good filtration and he did not try to up-sell anything. It has been three weeks since the service was performed and we are very pleased at the significant difference in the dust levels throught the house. Even my husband, who thought air vent cleaning is not a necessary thing to do, has commented on how much less dust we have in the house since this was done. We will definitely have Indoor Air Solutions and Jeremy clean our air ducts regularly. I have already seen an improvement in my dust allergy and am now a firm believer that having air ducts cleaned every 2-3 years is definitely worth the investment.

My husband met Jeremy at the house and very much enjoyed talking with him and watching him work. Jeremy was efficient and fast. He then followed my husband to my parent house and once again Jeremy worked his magic. We are very satisfied with Jeremy's work and will certainly use him again.

I was very impressed with Jeremy and his assistant, Shawn. They both worked very efficiently and were very professional. Jeremy walked me through his process and answered all of my questions. Also, Jeremy identified a tear in my dryer vent hose which was generating a lot of dust . He replaced the hose, cleaned behind my washer and dryer and the area above my cabinets without any additional charges. They used tarps to keep my furniture clean during the duct cleaning. Before they left, they vacuumed my carpets and floor. I will definitely contract with Indoor Air Solutions again and will gladly refer the company to my friends

He did a great job! He was friendly and courteous and even took his shoes off at the door. I'd been in this home for about 6 years and noticed the dryer wasn't drying properly. After the work was completed, the next load of laundry I did dried in no time.

This was the best experience we have had hiring anyone in las vegas. They arrived on time and performed everything that they said they would in a timely and efficient manner. also changed the filters. they are real professionals. The best thing was after they were gone instead of my wife dusting every day as she is accustomed to doing, she now is dusting only once a week. Our dryer had stopped drying our clothes without running it through 3 times. I purchased a Big Deal to have our vent cleaned. Jeremy was very professional and flexible with my busy travel schedule. Our house is old and has a funny vent system but Jeremy was able to get the job done without complaint or additional charges. It was a pleasure working with him.

In December, we purchased an Angie's List Big Deal that Jeremy Powell of Indoor Air Solutions was featuring for Dryer Vent cleaning and a checkup. Prior to our purchase, we did read reviews on Angie's List and also on Jeremy's website. We have lived in our home for 34 years and we have never had our vent cleaned by a company before, only by ourselves cleaning with our vaccum, so we decided it was time for a professional to check it out. We called Jeremy and scheduled an appointment. He was punctual, professional and did a thorough job. In fact, he went on our roof and found that our vent was missing a vent cap and that someone had pinched the vent closed. Jeremy opened the vent, built us a new cap from a piece of sheetmetal he had in his truck and placed it on our vent. Please note that this was all done at NO EXTRA CHARGE. We cannot express enough how great it is to find this kind of professionalism now days. What a wonderful experience we had with Jeremy and we wish him all the very best in the future. We highly recommend Jeremy.

MR. POWELL KNEW THAT WE WERE SO CONCERNED ABOUT THE HOUSE. HE WAS THOROUGH AND PRECISE. IS IT ALLERGIES, STRESS...OR ARE WE ALLERGIC TO SOMETHING IN THE HOUSE, OR OUTSIDE IN OUR BACKYARD? Jeremy does a great job of making sure the air that you breath in your house is as clean as possible - he recommends and installs premium air filters - vacuum cleans the entire duct work system - cleans all the vents and points of entry for air coming into the house - cleans the dryer vent out - just makes the entire house much cleaner and the air much better to breath.

We had our vents cleaned and he did a thorough job. Brushes were used to make sure that as much dirt could be removed from the surfaces. It's a bit noisy, but how can you help that? Afterwards, you have the option to take a look at all the dirt and dust that was removed. I was just glad to see it all go out the door. I especially like the advice given for future upkeep. Job well done.
