Jeremy was quick to call back after my initial contact. We scheduled an appointment and Jeremy and his team were right on time. We have never had this done before, but we had just bought a new house and wanted to start 'fresh' --so we had no idea what to expect. They brought-in equipment to clean the ducts and were very careful to not damage/scratch any walls or flooring. Everywhere they took down vents, they laid protective tarps down to protect the floor (even in rooms where we said we were going to replace the flooring!). They were extremely thorough and were careful to hit each and every vent (we have a larger home with many air vents). The dryer vent was left completely clear, and the deodorizing spray they used in the ventilation system really helped cover the smells from the old owners. They also changed all of our air conditioner filters after the cleaning service, and all equipment was just as carefully removed from the house. We were extremely happy with the level of service, the quality of the work, and the attention to detail/thoroughness. While we opted to get the service done before we moved-in, I would feel completely comfortable having this service performed now (i.e. with our stuff moved-in) because of how careful they were and how much attention they paid to protecting work areas (and the clean-up). I think we became 'believers' in regular duct cleaning just based on how fresh everything smelled after they were done. Even after the scented deodorizer was no longer detectable, the air was (and still is) very fresh smelling. It is nice to know that our previous owner's lint, dust, foods, etc... were no longer floating around in our duct work. :)

This service is fantastic. Through his actions he saved me from having a house fire. He was very prompt. Very courteous, Very knowledgeable. Cleans up after work is performed. I would definitely refer him to others.

Jeremy and Sean are amazing. They worked on getting my dryer vent cleaned out. After realizing the job was going to be tougher than they first thought, they tried some different techniques to loosen what they had discovered to be wet lint from condensation that had built up in my vent system and was like a ball of solid clay. With little success at first, they agreed to come back and retry in about a week after the lint dried up. Needless to say, they had to return about 8 times to try at what seemed futile. Even though they were not successful at clearing out my vent, they were so courteous, and dedicated to helping me figure out what the problem was. They even purchased some new equiptment in hopes of being able to get the job done. My dryer vent is unusually long and has a lot of turns and twists, and in the interim had become disconnected. This is the reason they had little success. They are highly qualified and competent to get dryer vents cleaned out. I blame the builder of my home for making this simple clean out become such a nightmare. This company is top rate. I would call them again in a heartbeat. Thank you again for being so persistent and working so hard each time to solve this problem. I respect you guys so much!!!

Scheduling the appointment was simple - their staff was courteous and efficient. The team was a little late arriving for their appointment but did call to let me know and gave me an estimate on their revised arrival time, which was much appreciated. They were friendly, thorough, and took pains to clean up after themselves after the job was done. Based on this experience, not only would I use them again personally, I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Sean and Derrick( I think that was his name) called right before they came. They were punctual and friendly. They immediately got moving taking off all of the vents in the house and washing them while they were cleaning the air ducts. They also stated they were going to clean all the fans and vents in the bathrooms and any other area that dust may settle. Sean got a lot of built up lint out of the dryer vent and even went on the roof to clear it out. I think they were surprised that there was no dust on the fans, sorry guys. They even replaced our filters for us when we asked. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous. They finished in about 2 and half hours, and even vacuumed the areas that got a little messy. I will definitely use this company again. Nice job!

I am new to the Angie's List family. I bought my house in 2010 and wanted to get the air ducts and the dryer vent cleaned. I had never had this done and didn't know if the previous owner (who owned a dog) had ever had it done. In looking through Angie's List, I came across Indoor Air Solutions. I noticed they had an excellent rating with Angie's List's customers so I called and made an appointment. After they finished the work, I will say this; I disagree with the A+ rating this company has as they do not deserve it. They deserve an AAAAA+++++ rating. Jeremy (the owner) and his assistant Sean (Shawn?) arrived on time and immediately started to work. They covered the areas around the vents to protect the carpet. They removed the vent covers and took them out to be washed. Jeremy said some companies will perform the duct work then put the dirty covers back in place. Once washed, these covers looked brand new. Not only did they clean the ducts throughout the house, they dusted the tops of the kitchen cabinets, the picture frames, tables, chairs, everything. When done, they vacuumed the entire house. Before he put a new filter for the AC/heater unit, he showed me what he thought might be a problem. There was sunlight showing at the opening of the air conditioner unit on the roof. Jeremy said it looked like something wasn't tightened down or something was missing. He said it wasn't a mechanical issue but, if this was an open space, air was getting in without going through the air conditioner's filters. He said he'd take a look at it when he was on the roof (my dryer vent opening is on the roof). If it was something he could fix, Jeremy said he would. If not, I would have to call my A/C repairman. Luckily, it wasn't an opening, it was sunlight reflecting on a Plexiglas covering. Honestly, what other repairman would offer to do this; to fix something that wasn't in their "job description"? The company is certified and insured. In talking to them both, they are decent hardworking men intent on doing a good job. And, they are proud of what they're doing; isn't just "a job" with them. When they finished, Jeremy said he'd call in a week to see if everything was okay and if not, they'd come out, free of charge to fix it. Again, what other company does this? What I especially loved was that neither tried to push additional products or services. What he quoted me was what I paid. When I asked how often I should have this done, Jeremy said every couple of years. Some companies might have said "Oh, you have to have this done every year." Or other companies might try to push certain products or additional services like vacuum cleaner repair or something like that. Not this company. If you're looking to have this type of work done, DO NOT hesitate to call this company. You won't be sorry. I plan to put his business card in my office break room in case others need this service.

he airflow in the bedroom areas of my home was unbalanced. The master bedroom air was too cold and the auxiliary bedroom air was too hot in the summer. Prior to hiring Indoor Air Solutions I had hired a technician from a local, well-rated HVAC company to come out and check the air ducts and air flow with the goal of balancing the air flow between the rooms. The HVAC technician came to the house, looked at the air duct system and said there was nothing he could do to fix the air flow short of re-engineering the system for $4000-$5000. He then collected a $69. service charge for his visit. Later in the week I saw a Big Deal Coupon on Angie's List for air duct cleaning by Indoor Air Solutions so thought I would try cleaning the air ducts to see if it would provide some slight improvement. I contacted Jeremy and we discussed the situation. I told him that I had already received a report from an HVAC company that the air duct system was poorly engineered and there was no way to fix the air flow short of re-installing the air duct system. Jeremy said he would take a look at the air flow system but, frankly, I didn't have much hope that he would find anything different than the HVAC technician. When he arrived at the house I showed him the problem and he said "let me work with the air vent panels in each room". Within 30 minutes he had successfully balanced the air flow among the rooms simply by opening and closing the ceiling vents and louvers in each of the rooms. I was DELIGHTED! If he had done nothing else during his visit he had already solved my primary problem. Jeremy and his assistant, Sean, then started working on the air duct cleaning job. They laid drop cloths in each room to catch dust and debris and protect furniture. For the next four hours, they worked non-stop to remove, clean and reinstall each ceiling air flow panel. Following that, all seven ceiling fans were thoroughly cleaned as were three air filters located high up on the walls. Finally, Jeremy used an air pressure hose to blow dust off of the tops of picture frames and high furniture. The two of them worked without stopping for any breaks displaying a very impressive work ethic. Once the air system was cleaned and the vents deodorized, Sean vacuumed each room to remove residual dust and small debris. While they were removing their equipment, I noticed a ceiling vent in a back bathroom had been missed. Jeremy brought his ladder and cleaning equipment right back into the house and cleaned it. He then walked through the house, double checking that everything was cleaned to his satisfaction and mine. On their way out, Jeremy asked me to call him in a week and let him know my satisfaction with their work. Jeremy owns the company and his pride of ownership along with his desire to delight his customers comes through in many different ways. He certainly exceeded my expectations!

It went FABULOUS!!! I had set up the appointment through Angie's list and he emailed me at 11:00 PM that same day, stating it was too late to call so he would call or I could call him in the AM. I called the next morning and we set up the time for today at 9:45AM. He was here right on time. He had a helper with him and introduced both of them. They checked out where my dryer had been, (the company that came to fix it, set it on fire) then they went outside to check the exhaust vent. They found that the flap was stuck and fixed it. Jeremy was VERY informative and explained everything to me. It's great to have a company that KNOWS what they are doing and are honest! I will refer them to everyone I know and I plan to use them for my air conditioning / heating duct cleaning. Thanks, they ROCK!!!!

He explained in detail how the dryer vent system works/our in particular. He even went out of his way to check on a problem with my HVAC at no cost and made some recommendations. Very friendly and professional. Thanks for the great service!

They arrived timely and were very polite. They replaced a part at no charge. The entire procedure only took about 30 minutes. I would gladly call them again for future services and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody needing venting services at their home or business.

Purchased a new home and wanted to make sure all vents were cleaned. Called to make an appointment and the company accommodated our timeline with a summary of services provided, including the duct cleaning, replacing filters, cleaning the ceiling fans and pot shelves. They arrived on-time and performed all services in a timely manner, without leaving dust in the house as a result of the cleaning. Overall, very satisfied with their service and would use them again!

GREAT!!!! These guys are great. They are very respectful of each other and very professional and respectful of the clients home. The air quality in our home is much better since they came out and cleaned the air ducts. Our house had so much dust and my allergies were really flaring up but since Jeremy and his team came out the house has less dust and my allergies are better. We highly recommend Indoor Air Solutions and will use them again.

After purchasing a flipped home in the valley i knew there would be strange things happening. one such thing was the fact that my dryer wouldn't dry. I even had the manufacture swap the dryer and it still didn't work. I took to the interwebs and discovered that a common cause is a clogged dryer vent. So off to angies list i went, i found Indoor Air Solutions and took advantage of the coupon offer they had. I talked to the owner Jeremy around 3pm on a friday and had an appointment the next morning at 9am! awesome!. The Technician Arrived on time and was very pleasant. His name was Shawn. He got straight to work and was very clean about how he went about his business, laying tarps where needed. Then we ran into an issue, mine not his. the people who flipped the house didn't install a dryer vent!!! or so we thought. Shawn helped me locate the vent going above and beyond how long he should of helped me look but none the less we were able to remove a vent hood that didn't belong on that type of vent and expose a dryer vent. After removing about 7lbs of wet lint, shawn cleaned / sweeped / vacuumed the needed areas and put everything back the way it should be. the dryer worked great on the first run through and i imagine it would keep working. Shawn followed up with advice on how often to look at getting the service done, and in my case because of the weird 90 degree angles in my vent that caused issues cleaning and locating the vent was a little more than some places. But it was in my own opinion great advice. And I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Those guys are awesome. They are going to come out once or twice a year. The prices were very reasonable. He was the owner. He was very professional. He answered all of my questions. What they were doing was dirty but they put drop clothes down and were very professional. They were very professional and very knowledgeable.

The crew was excellent! They put down drop cloths under the ladders at each vent to catch anything that fell when vents were removed. I have a second system which is not covered by the deal purchased. Jeremy gave me a terrific price to do the second unit due to the fact my house was empty of all furniture at the time of the service. I had to cancel the initial appointment and reschedule, and Jeremy was very easy to work with and accommodating to our schedule. I highly recommend them and have referred family already.

The price was good but the value was average. There were some dust clogs left in the clothes dryer and one of the guys cut his hand and left blood on the ceiling. We got the ducks cleaned out but there were a couple of little problems.
