Called prior to purchasing Big Deal for dryer vent cleaning on Saturday, October 26th. Made appointment for Monday, October 28th at 2pm. Purchased deal, included details from our phone conversation, my cell number, and service address in deal message. Never heard anything through deal messaging; never showed up Monday. Called and left message Monday after missed appointment. No call back regarding message; no attempt to contact me through deal messaging system. Requested refund as soon as two business days had passed.

Excellent job. Even gave me a break because my appt had to be changed.

Our dryer stopped working and we bought a new washer and dryer. When they installed the new dryer it didn't work either. They were going to bring out another dryer. That didn't make sense to me, so I went to Angie's List and Indoor Air was the best rated. They were quick to reply and make appt. They called prior to arrival and actually able to come earlier. They went up in the roof and immediately knew our vent was blocked. They cleaned inside and out and now I finally have use of my new dryer. Jeremy and his assistant were very friendly and professional. I have recommended them to my family and friends.

These guys are awesome! I was contacted right way and they worked around my schedule. They showed up right on time. It took them a little less than 2 hours clean my 1800+ single story home. The results have been great and they did an amazing job. They adjusted some vents to make our AC work better. I had them come back and install a hinged grate and reusable air filter. Again their quality of work was top notch. Highly recommend these guys.

Jeremy and his assistant did a great job. When they showed up to work, Jeremy explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He went over and above by re-routing overhead vents to provide better air flow in each room.

When I contacted him, he contacted us very quickly. He offered to do our air duct cleaning without even me having bought services yet. He told us to call him with whatever questions we had even if we didn't use him. Because we were so impressed with that, he came over and cleaned up the ducts, tightened up the filters and cleaned up the filters. He came back a month later after we did painting in the house. He redid it and made sure there was no more dust in there. It was all with no charge. He charged $300 for cleaning up two different air duct systems because I have two air conditioners. It was probably one of the best home service experiences I've been looking to have as a home owner for the last 17 years. He was very responsive to my calls. He could call and let me know if he could not speak at that instant but that he would call me back when he was available. He just seemed very responsive to someone's needs. He was not only on time, but when he said he was going to be somewhere, he was there. He let me know that he was coming so I didn't have to wait for a length of time. He was just very respectful. He has a very good price. I would absolutely use him in the future.

They guy did a good job. We used them after October 8th. Our dryer was clogged up and because it was humid the lint got wet an the dryer couldn't dry properly, but he cleaned it up and now it works like new.

I called Indoor Air Solutions on Saturday October 5th in the late afternoon. Jeremy the owner answered the phone and I told him what my house needed. He advised me of the coupon he had running for his services and told me to purchase it and then we would confirm via email. The coupon was for HALF OFF! After purchasing the coupon through Angie's he got back to me within minutes and let me know all was set. On Monday the 7th of October I got a call from Jeremy the owner and said he'd be at the house in about 45 minutes. Sure enough 45 minutes later and he had pulled up. After showing him what I thought was the vent he pointed to the actual vent that had been placed there by the contractor but never opened. The vent was stuccoed over and damaged to the point where I thought it might need replacing. I got a bit worried as I had no idea how much extra it was gonna cost to fix. Jeremy just smiled, walked over to his truck, grabbed a ladder and went o fixing the vent that he had no part in damaging and was not responsible for. After a few minutes he said it was done and after another ten minutes he was off in his truck and my vent was fixed. Jeremy went above and beyond what he was paid, let alone was supposed to do. He was fast, extremely courteous and answered all of my questions. I couldn't ask for a better contractor/customer experience. I wish it was always this easy.

He was very polite on the phone and said he was going to email me information about the service. I never received the email and was wanting the information. We set an apt. for Friday at 4 pm, and friday came and went and I never hear a word from the company. I even sent a text message saying I'm not sure if you forgot, but we had an appointment. today. I finally got ahold of Jeremy a few days later and he said had me down for the next Friday the 4th. If that were the case he could have responded to my message about the misunderstanding or confusion could have been avoided. The whole experience has left me with a very distrusting unsettling feeling about this man working on my air conditioning unit, and I am sure he is a nice guy, but not very efficient or professional in my opinion. I was already skeptical of anyone working on the air ducts in the house, and now I am not comfortable with the service at all. maybe after more research I will have a different opinion, but not at this time. Thank you for returning my money. I hope to have better luck next time.

Great - scheduled quckly, called when five minutes out and arrived on time to the minute. Jeremy and his assistant were efficient, and helpful, and didn't leave a mess behind.

It worked out fine. They were a little late in coming. They called ahead of time, but by the time they called, it was almost at the time that they were supposed to be there. They were probably about half an hour or more late, so that was an inconvenience. But the work itself seemed OK.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were terrific. The price was exactly as it was advertised. We actually had called a dryer service first because our dryer had just stopped. The gentlemen that came out were terrific. He found a dead rat that had gotten in the house from the roof and had gotten through the roof from the vents. He removed the rodent. He said there was probably a hole up there and he recommended two guys to go up on the roof and check it. The dryer vent goes out through the roof so they checked it and the hoses. He went up on the roof and secured it so that no critters would be able to get in there. He put it in writing that it was guaranteed and he would come out for free if it ever happend again. These guys were great. The two guys were careful, neat and friendly. They were thorough but efficient. They cleaned up afterwardsl They went the extra mile and did the check on the roof and they did it all for one price. They changed the direction of the vents in some rooms. They were very willing to do whatever we asked them to do. They were here right on time.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out pretty good. They came out on time. They did a great job. I did not pay them anything extra other than the big deal.

The two worked well together as a team. They found the clog in the vent and quickly cleared it. They also removed a faulty vent cover that added to the blockage.

Jeremy is polite and professional. I would not have any one else clean. We do have less dust but our house was not dirty to begin with. I did to notice much difference before and after but I would still clean out my system for the price because it buys peace of mind. Also, homes with pets or recent construction are excellent candidates.

Sean was on time as promised. He unloaded is equipment in the house and garage. He explained exactly what and how he was going to do. He gave me several different cleaning options. We settled on not removing the vents from the ceiling due to the caulking. The cleaning process took about 90 minutes. A second young man showed-up about 20 minutes later. They cleaned the ducts, walls, floors, the cubbies, under the fridge, oven, dishwasher, the light fixtures, and vacuumed all the floors. They cleaned so well that we did not see any dust for 10 days. Even now, after a cleaning, it takes at least a week for dust to show-up. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and hard work.

Jeremy, the owner, was great! He communicated right away and was very flexible with my crazy schedule. He arrived on time and completed dryer vent cleaning job in less than an hour. He also cleaned up the vent line by shortening it so it would not get crimped. He even helped me with a dangling bathroom vent! Highly recommend, very professional

Indoor Air Solutions cleaned out a major clog in my dryer air duct. Before they came, my dryer would take hours to dry my clothes. After they cleaned out the ducts, the dryer is working like new. They were on-time, nice and professional. They provided detailed explanation for their service and even followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I would absolutely use them again.

Jeremy was conscientious throughout the process of trying to determine the origin of a very unpleasant odor in my home. He did a thorough examination of the inside and outside and was truly concerned with fixing my problem. He texted me and kept in contact by phone many times for weeks before I even paid him a penny! I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism and sincerity and would recommend him to anyone interested in making their home a better more comfortable place to live. If you had an A+ rating, I would choose it.

Jeremy and his crew were very efficient and cleaned up the dust, etc., that resulted from their work on the registers and vents. They also cleaned my dryer venting, and after determining that the venting was too long, they came back a few days later and replaced it at no extra charge to me! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. Very professional and helpful!

Jeremy was fantastic!. He and one other employee did an very thorough job and went above my expectations . In addition to cleaning and balancing the air flow in the air ducts he cleaned out my dryer vent, changed the tubing on my dryer, swept and dusted all the ceiling fans and other high areas such as door frames. On the day he came I was trying to fix my vacuum cleaner and he did that for me too!
