Extenuating circumstances kept him from arriving the original date set but he stayed in touch with us and his excellent work was well worth waiting for. We will be working with him throughout the remainder of our remodeling project and will have him do a final cleaning after all is finally finished. Jeremy and his assistant arrived at the appointment time. They removed the lint from my dryer hose and shortened it. Jeremy cleaned the area and was ready to leave within 15 minutes. Jeremy and his assistant were professional and courteous. I will definitely give their name to friends who need their service.

9 mos. ago I used a $49 mailer coupon to have all vents cleaned, including dryer vent in newly purchased home. Now my dryer stopped drying. Spent $75 for appliance repair call only to learn cause was clogged vent! So soon?? Jeremy immediately assessed that flex vent pipe was too long despite appliance repair guy saying it was fine. He removed a bunch of lint and shortened it up while deploying Shawn to the roof to actually check the vent ON THE ROOF. Well, Jeremy said we set a record for the amount of dryer lint they found up there, showing me a 6-8" deep mass of lint that he said looked to be 10 years old. To prevent this from recurring, he removed the mesh screening that he said was the cause of the problem and shortened the roof top vent to prevent birds from nesting. This should last at least 2 years.. So I could have saved my initial $49 cleaning fee plus the $75 dryer service call had I only used Jeremy in the first place. He goes after the root cause and, in my book, is the only one to use. What a bargain, using Angie's coupon. And a helluva nice guy.

They were careful to clean everything up after they finished, and explained exactly what they were doing as the work progressed. Very friendly and professional--highly recommend!

The service went very well. The man was professional and did really good work. I had no problems with the service. He scheduled the appointment right away and was on time.

Jeremy and his partner Sean arrived within window of time. They were both polite and professional and immediately started the job. Appreciated that they did not lecture me regarding the fact that I have never had the vent cleaned in 24 years. My dryer is now working like new...now that it can breath. I was so happy with this company I have booked them to clean the air ducts.

Jeremy was awesome! He fixed the dryer vent exhaust and cleaned probably ten years worth of built up lint out of the system. He was very efficient, explained everything and meticulously cleaned up after himself.

He never came after 3 months. I canceled him. Have yet to get my money back!

So we ended out finding out that after we bought a new dryer that it was actually some gas knob that was not on. Check your gas too to make sure enough is getting to your dryer.

Scheduling was good. The technicians were friendly, efficient and punctual.

They showed up on time, and explained what and how they would do the cleaning. They were efficient and cautious to clean up after themselves. I really don't see or feel a difference. They said the ducts were quite clean. We have been in the home nearly 15 years, and it was newly constructed at the time we moved in, and have never had the ducts cleaned before. It was a good experience, just not sure I am sold on duct cleaning in general. I am not sure it is effective or helps... Nothing they did, just not sure it is a necessary thing, unless there is something specific that happened to make you need them cleaned.

I already reviewed this vendor once, but Angie's List keeps bugging me to do it again.

Jeremy was great! He was available on short notice and very quickly resolved the issue. This is something I could have never done for myself and should I need this service again, I won't hesitate to call Indoor Air Solutions. Before leaving, he made sure my dryer was heating properly, repositioned my washer and dryer to my specifications and even pointed out some trouble-shooting techniques to perform before deciding there is a need to call for help. The 2 men showed up on-time, in fact a little early. Which was great. They were very professional and did a nice job of working around the other contractors I also had working in the house that day. They also cleaned up after themselves and did a nice job of cleaning out the dryer from the previous tenant. (It was full of dog hair). Overall I was very happy with them. The only reason I gave them a B, was I didn't do a good job of tracking all the vent covers they cleaned. Now that I've had some time painting the house and doing other jobs, I have discovered several vents which were not removed nor cleaned. So that left me a little disapointed, and therefore the "B" rating.

They did a great job. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They covered everything as they opened the vents and they left the place looking very clean. I intend to use them in the near future.

I would not hesitate to recommend them. They came a day after I called them, so they were very responsive. They came on time and they left the place cleaner than it was before the job.

First, Jeremy is friendly, genuine, and professional, and promptly communicated with me via emails, text and calling. He did an awesome job on the dryer vent. He pulled the dryer away from the wall, explained any issues that he observed, and explained what work he was going to do. I had a mess behind my dryer as the hose had LONG since pulled out and away from the wall. He cleaned the entire wall behind the dryer and the floor to clear it of all the lint and replaced the hose with one that fits properly and flexes properly. Another win through Angie's List. Amazing service. I am planning to use them the clean my air duct system as well. Thank you so much Jeremy!

Jeremy called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled which was great for me. He and his employee arrived, assessed the situation, connected the dryer with new venting and checked the outside vent. The outside vent was stuck shut which was preventing the dryer exhaust from exiting the vent and house. He freed the vent and made sure the vent was clean and working. He was professional and I would hire him again for air duct or dryer vent cleaning.

There's a fine dust in Las Vegas. The dust seems finds a way into our home. He cleaned out all of our ducts. He also completed dryer vent cleaning. Jeromy was very thorough and explained all that was done. He showed us what the problems were and what they removed.
