Description of Work: I had to delay the service because they could not come right away and it was alright but when I was ready after many e mail back and forth and then texts and then it rained... And his equipment got wet....I decided a refund was the best course of action. Jeremy was always polite when we did talk but not sure if he was just too busy or what.

Description of Work: Got a great deal for my air ducts and dryer vents through Angie's. Very impressed with the professional work they did. Also bought lifetime air filters knowing Jeremy will back the lifetime guarantee. Technician was very knowledgable and was very careful throughout his work. Took his time and never felt rushed, one of the few I've met who prides themselves with the work they do. Very appreciative of the follow up from Jeremy after the work was completed.

Description of Work: Jeremy was such a pleasant, helpful technician. He was prompt, and performed the required repairs.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, the work was never done so I can't give them a rating. We made an appointment but no one showed. We rescheduled but I was sick on the day and had to cancel. After that, we just never got the work scheduled again. I would like to have it done though especially since it is paid for.

Description of Work: Jeremy and Shawn did a complete air duct cleaning today and we couldn't be happier. From the time we ordered the service to completion the communication was excellant. Jeremy gave us an arrival time window of 30 minutes and he not only met that but called when 2 miles away to confirm. They set up their HEPA filter to one of the vents in the front room and used it to collect the dust as they used blasts of compressed air to stir the dust which was caught by the filter. After cleaning all the ducts they deoderized, disinfected and sealed them. The two of them work well as a team and the respect for each other shows. Care was taken to cover our "stuff" so as not to damage or spread dust and dirt. They removed their shoes even though I said it wasn't necesary. Indoor Air Solutions is highly recommended.
