Image Electric was recommended by one of my tenants. Monday I called and asked for a quote to install a new electrical panel. Henry said he'd had his office fax one over. The fax never came. Tuesday I called asking for a quote again and Henry said he'd have the office fax it over. He also gave me the office number. The fax never came. Wednesday the fax still had not arrived so I called the office and got a “number out of service message.” I called back Henry and he said they were switching over phone service and he would have someone call me. Thursday I called the office again and got a person. It took them awhile to "find my paper work" which involved me resubmitting all my information. I said another company (Now Electric) had done the same thing on my girlfriend’s house for $1200 and as long as Image Electric could quote me a lower price they could do the job. The woman at the office said she would call me back in 5 minutes with a quote. Three hours later she left a message saying she was leaving the office now for holiday but they could do it for $1200 and would start the work after the three day weekend. The following Monday the woman from the office called saying they could start work. I let her know I did not need their services. I don’t have the time to have someone waste a week. If it takes a week to get a quote out then find another line of work. I went with Now Electric.
