+ -1 moreI accidentally downloaded a computer virus and called Ryan to help get rid of it. I also had several other issues going on with lots of questions. He called me back and answered all my questions and fixed the issues I was having. He didn't charge me as I had a warranty from the previous problem he had fixed several months ago. He is always available when I need him and never lets me down. He always does his best to fix whatever issues I have no matter how long it takes and never charges me an outrageous amount. He does all his work for me by remote which is fantastic as he can take complete control of my computer. I have referred him to many of my friends,colleagues at work in the school district and family members which have also used him with glowing accolades as well.
Description of Work: I had a pop up telling me to update my printer and when I did I downloaded a computer virus which took over all my search engines.
