+ -1 moreI was assured that no further action would be taken until after my local property manager could work with the Heritage Estates HOA towards a solution. Fines continued to accrue during the time that they were sending the "infraction notices" to the wrong address. (They were being sent to ND, while the company in question, along with the property in question are in NV).
Description of Work: Heritage Estates HOA uses Ideal community management. After failing to notify MY property manager about fines and penalties that would be assessed, I was sent a letter from a collection agency notifying me of a recorded lein on my property. When I contacted Ideal Community Management about the supposed infractions I was told that "That's not our department". I was never told of the accruing charges until they were well over $1000.00. The notice of lein that I got today is for $1799.00.
