The technician, Moe, was very professional and did a very good job. I was disappointed with the standard pricing chart and the inability to consider the scope of the job to adjust the price. I did purchase an annual maintenance plan.

they did come the same day and did the work but the first person that came out Junior did not do the job properly but the second person from the same company Mo was great he ensured that the A/C was working and also that the thermostat was working. So yes i recommend them to anyone.

I had one of my AC units stop working on Sunday, and when I called them to camel an appointment for Monday. They came on that same Sunday, only a couple hours after call them to fix the issue. So was very happy about that!

Chris came on time (early) for the appointment. He was knowledgeable and professional. He diagnose all conditions and gave a through explanation with diagrams. I felt he was genuinely concerned about my air conditioner. He wore booties in the house and used a drop cloth under the work area. The receipt and report included pictures and a full explanation of everything that we discussed. I would give him an A+ and recommend his Company to anyone with an AC ISSUE. This was the best AC repair experience we have ever had!!!
