Description of Work: i requested that the jeweler inscribe four small tie clips. He advised me that inscribing on a gold-plated surface could possibly remove some of the plate. i went ahead anyway. The job was done on time, looked beautiful, and only one of the clips had some plate missing.

Description of Work: I took a cross pen in to be engraved for a Christmas Gift. The pen was a pink breast cancer awareness pen that had a coating on it. The engraver said he would not engrave it because he was afraid that it would peel.

Description of Work: I took a watch in for a new battery, but instead of charging me a fee, they told me that it was just dirty. They cleaned it for no charge. Later I bought a neckless for a girlfriend. She wanted something different, and they exchanged the neckless for another one without any problem. Very reputable operation and staff.
