Last year Home Team bought out the pest control service we had been using. They have been undependable in coming when we expected them to. They missed the regular appointment yesterday (second time we've been completely forgotten). Calling them today, the woman in the office said she would have the technician get in touch with us to schedule an appointment. One called but he works another route and didn't know if he could come this week or maybe next week. I told him that that was not acceptable and we would find another company. No one from the office called us to apologize or at least show they cared about our business. Apparently they have all the customers they need.

They're good. If I see a bug, they come out and spray again if I need them to. I don't know what they use but nothing crawls in my yard, and this is Vegas so that's very rare. I can call them and they're here the next day. They don't charge extra for coming out. I pay every three or four months and they do my entire perimeter. They always call ahead of time to let you know when they're going to come. I don't remember paying a big fee to start up, and I didn't see anything crawling within four or five days when I first started out. I bought a house so I have to kind of evacuate the area but it took them not a full week but everything's dead. I'm around-the-clock with them.

Jeff explained to my husband and me in detail how the chemicals he used were different. With our cats I was worried how it might affect them. Jeff explained that it was pet friendly and no odor. He sprayed the inside of the house and the perimiter of the house. It only took one time in the house and in the last 9 years there has not been one critter because when he does the outside of the house every 2 months it takes care of everything. Thank you Jeff. They've been doing our home since we bought it 5 years ago, and we haven't had any bugs. We also have dogs, and they're careful not to use sprays that will harm them.

I have been using them for 10 years. I started out with them when they were Morgan, then they became Home Team. They have been very thorough and have cleared everything away. They mop away the cobwebs both inside and out. They are not contracted to do the outside, but the do. They have been doing the mice for a while. They put glue where the mice go in and out and I thought that maybe the glue was dry so I touched it and it was really sticky. They are very good and I would recommend them. I am an old customer so I don't know about my price. The mice consult was separate. It was about $150.00 and it was supposed to be $300.00. Even though the three weeks is up, they are still working on it for no charge. I would rate the price very decent. It has not gone up more than, maybe, $2.00 over ten years. They are sending me a new person and she is more thorough than the others.

We would recommend them. The price depends on the size of your home.

re the latest episode, I actually expected to have to pay extra for the mice infestation. But it was included in my contract, which I had had for so many years, without any complaints. The last straw was when the mice got into my open jar of Equal, and dragged the packets under the stove burners.....50-100 packets! All were empty and I thought the mice may have self-poisoned themselves, as I didn't see any mice or droppings for several day. Then I saw a frisky one that had gotten into my bathtub, struggling to get out. The mice began to be heard again. At one point they started to gnaw into my kitchen wooden cabinets, but gave up. When the exterminator came, a woman, she was very thorough and showed an interest in her work, not just as if it were a duty. She exlained a lot to me about the damage they can do to wiring, etc. and then brought three traps into the house and set them up where she actually had seen two mice. She gave me the company card with her name on it and said to call if I heard any of the traps "go off". I am a partly handicapped 83-yr old woman and am impaired bending down to set or release dead mice. Crystal was very respectful and gave me further confidence in Home Team.

I find them to be quite good. They are very polite and courteous, they call before they come because I am set up on a routine basis, so they always let me know. If I have any problems between their service calls, they are always very willing to come out and take care of the problems, and I like them.

The price depends on how big the house is. If someone has got a small house, it would be less expensive and if the house is a bigger one then it would be more expensive I assume.

I like them. Their customer service is very good. I haven’t compared their pricing because I've used them for so long. The price is a little high but they come every other month so if I divide by two it is average. They have changed their technicians, which is the problem.

They are okay. I would use them in the future and only because anybody else’s reviews have been worse.

If you have any issues, they alway come back out right away. I don't have pests, so I am happy. They do a good job. They are very responsive if I do have an issue.

I am really pleased and impressed with them. I am on a regular schedule with them and they always call beforehand to let me know they are coming and they don’t disturb me. I just have to open the gate for them and other than that they don’t disturb me at all. I use them every two months and I think it is $79 each time they come out.

Once again let me say that for the last 9 years Jeff has been a life saver for this household.

I use them because they are very efficient and punctual. They came out here when I first moved here. I told them I have animals like dogs and I do not want them to use anything that is toxic. They come every three months. They call before they come. However, the last time they had noted it here that I am not home, which I was not. They do the job. They leave me a detailed note like differences primarily for active and treated. I would use their services again in the future; they are coming again in December.

I had a flyer in my door offering service with No Contract. Spoke with the Sales Rep was told they would call prior to each service call and I could stop the service. When the technician arrived for the first service I was told I must sign and "Agreement for one year of service with no right to terminate for any or no reason. I would call that a Contract and not what was advertised. I would avoid this company and their misleading ads.

Serviceman arriived on time. Called to confirm before he arrived. Did a very thorough job. Would recommend this company.

They come every other month. They charge me on a monthly basis. I have a centex home and they are the only ones that spray end of the wall. When they built the house, there was a valve built into it so they could do that. They are very nice and very friendly. I am happy with the price.

They did a good job. They were prompt and the people who came out to get the work done were clean. They were very respectful and did whatever I wanted to do. They also made a check list for everything before and after their arrival. We went over everything and the way they handled everything was very good. I was very impressed with them. I have used them before too. They come out in April, June, October and so on. They come during summer, spring and fall. They give me a quarterly rate even though I skip a quarter which is a pretty good deal. If you have them come out only once, then they don't come back and they charge more. I haven't had any problems with anything since they have come out and done work for me. The quality of their service is not bad. They are very quick in responding to my calls. I had a problem with a technician who never responded well. So, they sent another guy who made up for all the trouble caused and did a good job. They are always on time and in fact, they give you a window like 8 to 10 and 10 to 12. We have a 2 hour window and I have never really had any experience with them running late. They come earlier than later. They are very professional too. I would continue to use their services in the future as well.

The treatment is done bi-monthly and has been very effective. The company will return to re-treat at anytime between services within 48 hours of receiving call for service. The representative has always been extremely professional and friendly.

They seem to be very personable in their service. They always call ahead of time to let us know when they will be coming. We have had to have them come back a few times as there is a lot of construction around here which always seem to stir up the bugs. They have no problems at all coming back. They do not charge me for that for the extra calls in between.
