Home Watcher LV, LLC is insured, bonded and licensed. Our company provides "home visitation" services to the homeowners of the great Las Vegas Metropolitan area. This service is designed for vacation homes and seasonal residents, vacation condos, professionals on the go, extended vacation and hospital stay, military deployment and remote contracts, unoccupied or vacant property for rent, vacant or unoccupied property for sale and new property owners not moved in yet. Here is how Home Watcher LV can help; We remove flyers, debris and empty your mailbox. We verify that all entry points are secured and inspect for damage to the property. We help resolve HOA exterior compliance items. We ensure drains and toilets do not go dry. Yes, we are in southern Nevada. We look for leaks at your water heater, faucets, toilets and other appliances. We verify the settings for your furnace, A/C and water heater. and many more items to protect your valuable home. Be proactive, reduce the risk of costly disasters. We email a complete report for your records after each inspection. We find what your home security system won't see.
