I paid 50% down for blinds for my living room on July 5. Two weeks later they came and installed it. It was wrong in many ways. They have come back to "fix" it 5 times since and it is still not right. There are light gaps, the metal panes are all completely different lengths with no consistency. My contract stated "standard pocket" which they installed and that did NOT eliminate the light gaps, so she chose to change it to a wider panel which I didn't pay for or ask for, and now I have lost inches at every panel of my window space and I can barely open the door because it comes right up to the handle. It puckers at nearly every edge and it gets caught up in the motor and I can't bring it down. They have been "backordered" for the remote so I still don't even have a remote that properly controls the blinds. Now I am requesting them to remove the materials and refund my money and there is no response. I am now resorting to Amex and my attorney fighting with them. I should have known when Patricia didn't know how to use Excel, didn't know how to process a credit card, and was basically absent for the entire install procedure. I can't ANTI recommend this business enough. Negative 5 stars.
