Dave was on time, called before he arrived, let me know the best and worst case scenarios and was very professional. Washed is working great.

Was able to schedule same day appointment with Co. President David. He called ahead to let me know he was enroute about 5 minutes prior to appointment window. David knew right away that the condenser coils needed cleaning. He explained that even though it was evident that I had vacuumed the coils, vacuuming isn't sufficient to clean deeply inside the coils. He used a professional solvent on the coils. This corrected the problem. He also provided a few tips on cleaning materials available to consumers. The cost seemed very reasonable but I don't know how it compares to what others might charge. I am completely satisfied.

I was given a good rate from a knowledgeable professional.

Told us he couldn't do until the vent on the roof was repaired. When we had someone look at the vent it was fine and did not need to be repaired. Paid $65 basically for nothing to be done.

David was very responsive and professional on the phone when I called to make the appointment. He called the day of the appointment to alert me that he was 20 minutes away and arrived exactly on time. He promptly attended to the problem and advised me each step of the way what he was doing. It turned out that he had to manually reset the machine. It appears that the high winds and temporary power outage may have disrupted the power settings. David was very professional, pleasant and informative. He spent a few extra minutes advising me how to care for the machine while using it and maintain it during its life span. I couldn't have been more pleased with David's work and work ethic.

David arrived on time and went right to work. Replaced defective part. cleaned the vent on the roof of the house and the dryer was as good as new. I would use him again without question. David is very good at what he does.

David was prompt, well versed in all brands, worked quickly,was very pleasant and helpful.

Have used the service twice. Once for repair and once for maintenance on a 10 year GE monogram refrigerator. Both times they were very prompt and professional. Will use them again as needed.

I called High Quality. He came out the next day and was literally here 15 minutes. He gave us a discount on the fee because the fix was so easy. I will call this company next time I need anything done on my appliances, he was awesome. He even took a few minutes to play with the dog.

person did not show. I called up yesterday 27 March to make an appointment for a service visit, they gave me a 2 hour window from 2-4pm the next day. They did not show up nor did we receive a call of any postponement. I called the number again and it led me to Century Link...seems the firm may have folded overnight.

Excellent work and professional service in terms of results with suggestions provided. Appointment was mixed up in terms of timing however this was cleared up when the technician arrived at the door and explained the circumstances.

David showed up on time just as promised quickly diagnosed the problem had a replacement part in his truck installed the part and checked to make sure the unit was functioning properly. I have no reservations about recommending High Quality Service to anyone.

Excellent! David came out less than 24 hours after calling for service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and able to diagnose the problem in a few minutes. He had the parts on his truck and provided an estimate promptly. He had the microwave fixed and back up in no time. David took the time to explain things about the microwave that would extend the life, and it was much appreciated. Thank you David, hard to find reliable good repairman in this town!

David was great. He reset the panel quickly and even showed me what to do if it happens again. He was prompt and knowledgeable. David will be my first call for any appliance problem in the future.

David was great he cleaned the coils on my refrigerator and explained how often I need to do it. Hard to find a good honest repair man.

David responded in a timely manner. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and HONEST. In today's world it is extremely rare to find people of integrity. As it would be, the dishwasher was fine, in no need of repair. One might say "Operator Error". David was patient and took the time to explain exactly how the dishwasher operated. My refrigerator went out. David got me in for appointment next day. GE was a week's wait so this was way better. He was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to return the next day with part. Was on time again and made repair quickly. Price seemed fair and was a nice guy. Would use him again if needed.

Called and got an appointment for the next day with a two hour window. He called toward the end of that window and said he would arrive in 20 mins. He did, came in and had it fixed in about 15 minutes and charged just for the service call. He was very nice and professional. Wish all service folks were like this guy. Highly recommend.

Dave arrived on time and wasted no time evaluating the problem and providing a fix. He even went above and beyond his proscribed services in repairing the shelf the microwave was sitting on. I could not be more happy!

My 10 year old front loader washing machine wasn't working properly. I called High Quality Service and they were able to come evaluate it later that day. David is the owner/operator and he was great. Arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the main problem. He inspected the washer and based on its good condition, recommended I repair it instead of replace it. He also taught us how to properly care for and clean the washer to get rid of that moldy smell. David ordered the parts and installed them two days later. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I will use High Quality Service Inc for all my appliance repair needs.

I didn't schedule an appointment because she was very disrespectful, rude, and condescending.
