David is the best. He is very efficient, knows appliances and comes prepared to fix the appliance. He worked on my Samsung refrigerator and it is now operating correctly; and there was a problem with my dryer which David also fixed. He is certified by LG. Would highly recommend.

David was a pleasure to work with! He arrived on time, calling first to ensure I'd be home. Upon arrival, he identified within seconds the problem with my refrigerator ice maker and had it working again quickly. David was thorough and well worth the fair price I paid. I will definitely call High Quality Service, Inc., again when I need repairs done.

Arrived on time, very quickly told us what was wrong. Fixed it and gave us some tips on increasing the efficiency of our unit. I gave B for cost because the circuit boards are over priced.(not his fault)

The GE electric range in my tenant occupied condo stopped working. I called High Quality service, and Christine answered my call to schedule the service. She was very nice, polite and professional, and a pleasure to talk to. David showed up for the service on time. He is very experienced and knowledgeable, taking him time explain to me over phone about what needs to be done and charged a very reasonable price for the service. I will definitely use his service again!

From the moment I read the reviews on Angie's list I knew this was going to be a pleasant experience and it was! The phone was promptly answered by Kristin in a courteous and professional manner. I explained what the problem was and she made an appointment for David (owner/repair guy/jack-of-all-trades) to come by and assess the problem. She explained that it was a $65 inspection fee and it would be applied to any charges for repairs. I thought this was reasonable compared to other service providers (e.g. plumber, electrician, etc). She said I would receive a call about 30 minutes before the tech showed up confirming the appointment. David called the morning of the appointment and asked me for the model # (telling me where to find it) and said the would arrive in about 30 minutes. He was right on time and punctuality is a big plus with me. He immediately went to work, diagnosed the problem and told me he needed to replace the broken igniter and gave me a price. I told him to fix it and a few minutes later he was done (tightening a fin while he was at it). It runs beautifully and is now as quiet as a new one would be, The dryer, a Maytag, is more than 20 years old and this was the first time it needed repair). Because he was so nice and efficient I took advantage of him and asked him to look at our 20 year gas cook top which did not always ignite. In less than 20 minutes he had it apart, cleaned and fixed (one contact wire was disconnected, and the others were dirty and/or worn). He cleaned it up and had it back together in no time and it works beautifully -- all for an additional $20). I told him I would definitely use him again and will in the fall to fix our gas fire place. I will also be recommending him to all of our neighbors.

He was a little late in getting here but he got right to the job and finished very fast and was very efficient. I appreciated his expertise and efficiency. Cleaned up after himself and was out the door very fast. Thanks for the great job..

Dave advised us on the state of the dishwasher and how much longer it will last before needing to be replaced after performing a diagnostic test and pulling out the machine to check all around. He advised against replacing the troublesome part as it would be just as expensive as purchasing a new appliance. Fair price for his service call. We had a 5 hour window for his arrival which was near the end of the fifth hour. Maybe should work on more effective scheduling. Will hire again.

Perfect. Most professional, fast, installed 2 ice makers. House fridge and garage fridge . Fantastic price. Will definitely call again when needed.

It didn't go. Repairman, High Quality Service, sat a 4 hour window for service - 1:00 P.M. TO 5:00 P.M. Never called or showed up during that time-span. Finally got a call at @ 5:30 P.M. to advise that he was 15-20 minutes away. When I cancelled the service call, his response was a curt, "giant waste of time". Surely he was talking about me, not himself. Called another repair service, got immediate, competent service. Also, High Quality's non-refundable service fee was 30% higher than the company we went with. Too bad this repairman's attentiveness and attitude don't live up to the company name, High Quality Service.

David was amazing in every way! He was super personable and professional, he was courteous and clean… but best of all he was an honest guy who knows his stuff! He knew right what to do, and it worked! He also spotted another problem and fixed it super fast... he gave me a bunch of tips about improving the performance of my appliance as well! I will DEFINITELY be calling High Quality Service again!

He came out with part already in hand, fixed immediately. Wished we would have called to begin with.

David did a great job and provided the service at a fair and reasonable price. All others I contacted for this job wanted a ridiculous fee just to show up. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

The repair and workmanship was excellent. David had to order a part which arrived earlier than expected and after replacing it he stayed for a whole machine cycle to make sure everything was working.

It went well. Very informative. Found the issue, provided estimate to fix, as well as the fact that the dishwasher was so old that I was better off to get a new one. Left the choice to me.

Dave called and we discussed what had occurred. He told me what to do immediately to preserve the fridge and when he came by what he suspected as far as the computer board being dead was right on. Keep in mind our built in refrigerator is an $8,000 fridge which you never think of when you buy a pre-owned home. Replacing it would have been a big hurt. He needed to send the part out to Whirlpool to be rebuilt and when we returned from a long trip he came right over and we have ice again. I would hire Dave in a flash to work on any of our major appliances.

Excellent service! He told me the dishwasher was working fine and told me of several things I could be doing wrong. I did everything he suggested and it now works fine. I couldn't be happier! (Another company told me it would cost around $300 to repair) I will definitely hire this company again!

David quickly identified the problem when my refrigerator failed, and he applied a temporary repair to preserve the food until the needed part arrived. He then made the repair quickly and efficiently. David knows his stuff and he keeps his word. HQS is excellent in every way. I will use this company first next time an appliance fails.

David was very professional, friendly, and nice. He was able to determine what the problem was quickly and fixed it at a reasonable price. Also vacuumed the inside of the washer and cleaned the filter. I will definitely use his services again when in need of any appliance repairs. Highly recommend to anyone with appliance troubles.

He knew what the problem was right off, he did the job fast. In-out in about 30 minutes. I would hire Dave again for other work.
