He was at the house within 30 minutes from the time we called and he moved as quickly as possible to fix the problem so that we wouldn't lose any of the food. Very solid company.

We received wonderful same-day service from David. We were extremely pleased with how knowledgeable he was about our broken appliance. With the age of our washer he told us right up front that if it made more sense to replace the older unit rather than repair it, he'd let us know for the cost of the service call. Lucky for us, it simply needed a new $5 spinner switch. I plan on permanently entering David's name, business (High Quality Service) and phone number into our rolodex so we can use him in the future for ALL of our appliance repairs. Give him a shot, you won't be disappointed... (and he was kind to our dog, which immediately earns TONS of points in our book!!).

Dave was terrific right from the first time I contacted him by phone. He was able to set an appointment to see my washing machine the same day, and arrived on time. He was friendly, and very competent and quick. I had been told that the $65 service charge could be deducted from any other costs, if he was able to fix the problem. He told me he could fix the problem, the part was in stock, but given the age of my machine and the cost of the part, he would recommend that I simply buy a new machine. He also gave further recommendations regarding hoses, etc. He returned the machine and rugs to their original position before he left. I will definitely call him for any other large or small appliance problem I encounter!

David was amazing!! We called him to simply fix the dryer in our new house. He came in, saw that it was an easy fix and did that in less than 10 minutes. Then we mentioned the weird noises with our washer. He looked at the washer, needed a part for it and had it for installation the next day...nay, next morning! Then we mentioned a small leak in our fridge. He checked it out, needed a small part for it and got that for the next day as well. While he was here he even looked at the dishwasher which we were told was broken when we bought the house, and he fixed it super quick and gave us directions on how to clean it. He not only was super professional and knew his stuff, but he was friendly, respectful and just an all round happy guy!! He even took our pestering friendly dogs out to the backyard and threw a ball for them!! I would recommend Dave to anyone who needs good work done for appliances! We will be calling him for sure for anything else that happens in our new home that we know he covers. HIGHLY recommended!!!

Great. Very knowledgeable and quick. High integrity, explained everything. Brought the part with him. My fridge was not cooling and he was here within an hour and a half. Most others couldn't come till 4-5 o'clock. Highly recommended. Definitely will call him again if needed.

My experience with High Quality Service and David was exceptional, from the first contact to the last. I enthusiastically recommend this company! After returning home one afternoon to a pool of water at the base of my refrigerator, I jumped on Angie's List to find an appliance repair provider. I decided to try High Quality Service and I am so glad I did. David was very pleasant and professional on the phone and in person. He was able to come on short notice and when he arrived he quickly identified my issue and was able to repair it on the spot. In addition, he went above and beyond by taking a few extra minutes to clean the filter and replace some inappropriate screws with the proper type and size. Great customer service. It's never fun to have something go awry with an appliance, but David made it as painless as possible. On his way out, my seven year old even said, "High Quality Service sure is the perfect name for your company!" I completely agree with her!

I called High Quality Service, Inc. after searching through Angie's List to repair my gas dryer. The tumbler had stopped rotating. Spoke directly with David (the owner), explained the issue, and he was able to stop by the same day between 2pm & 4pm. He was very professional on the phone and I appreciated the fact he had asked some detailed questions on the problem and the model so he would be prepared on his visit. He showed up within the time frame he stated, by 2:30 actually and gave me a courtesy call when he was 10-15 minutes away. Upon arrival, he had the dryer disassembled and located the problem within 10 minutes and was able to locate the part needed locally and would be able to complete the repairs the following day. He put everything back together, cleaned up and explained the nature of the problem in detail so I would know what was going on. Very efficient and knowledgeable in his profession. He came by the following day, again being punctual and had the dryer up and running very quickly and cleaned out the vents as well. He even took the time to go over some pointers to help with maintaining not only my dryer, but my front-loading washer as well. He didn't need to, but he was more than happy to and I got some great tips from him. His pricing was outstanding as I was almost relegated to the fact that I'd need to start shopping for a new unit. Very honest and straight forward. I will not hesitate to call him again should the need arise as I have found my go-to repairman for appliances! Awesome job!

David is very professional; met him when my home warranty insurer sent him to repair/replace a microwave. Would call David again without hesitation.

They were on time for their appointment. Presented himself in a very professional manner. Conducted the work quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up what little mess was made and left the area just as he had left it. All in all a very good experience, would definitely call them back for future work if needed.
