He came out very quickly and was very responsive initially. He was professional up to this point. His pricing was 25% higher than Campbell's Appliance and I recommend using Campbell's instead. I didn't like his pricing but I was in a hurry and had to get my fridge repaired prior to tenant moving in property. He knew I was in a rush. He diagnosed the situation correctly. I texted him a few days later asking for an update on the service date. He didn't respond until two texts and a phone call later. He then complained that he doesn't do business by text. I own my own business and I communicate however the client wants to communicate, I let him choose whether phone call, email or text. After complaining about texting he told me we already discussed this then gave me an update. I was in a hurry as he knew and a few days went by with no communication from him. I texted him again saying that if he doesn't respond, I will be forced to protest the credit card charge for the part and provide a bad (truthful) review on Angie's list. He then finally got back to me again after a phone call and several texts saying he doesn't want to work with me delaying my repair a week. His lack of communication and sensitivity should be improved if he wants to have a successful business. I contacted Campbell's Appliance Repair from Angie's List and he gave me an estimate over the phone and was at the property the next day with the fridge working well the next day. He was quick, professional, no bs and had a much better price than this provider.

The service call was awesome. When the problem was identified as the belt having slipped off, I was only charged for the service call. The work is guaranteed for 30 days.

This repair was a tough one. David displayed real expertise in diagnosing the issue. The unit was displaying electronic component codes that were conflicting so he used a process of elimination to determine what was actually the problem. He even had the component we needed on his vehicle. The bad news was it turned out to be bad! So he had to make a special trip to the parts house to get a good one. What made this extraordinary is he made the trip and retured the SAME DAY to complete the repair. But wait, there's more: even though we've owned this dishwasher for over a year, there were a number of cost saving and operational features the took time to educate us about. Finally, we had guests arriving the same day so we were especially appreciative of his willingness to finish the job. After all the hassle, his charge was extremely reasonable. This is a first rate service business. We highly recommend him and have already passed his contact information along. David is now our regular appliance serviceman. I almost forgot to mention, HQS was the 2nd service company we called. The first one no-showed!

Every thing went fantastic. Was having trouble with the oven staying on and two of the burners on the stove top. David the owner came out inspected everything, Told me what was happening and why. Said that they might need to be replaced in the near future, Said he they were still working order and wouldn't sell me parts that were not needed at this time.

Anytime I use a contractor that I don't know...it's a crap shoot. Especially, with a Miele Dishwasher. In this case, it worked out extremely well. Dave, the owner & technician for High Quality arrived as promised, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, made the correct diagnosis, ordered the correct part, and made the repair. My Miele is an expensive beast, so parts can be expensive and need to be ordered. It took about 10 days to receive the part and have it installed. Dave went above and beyond my expectations. Be prepared to use Angie's list to communicate with Dave. It seems to be the best way to contact and schedule with him. I can't imagine Dave answering his phone every time it rings while out on a job. He'd never get any work done. Anyhow, I'd recommend Dave for any appliance service.

Our high efficiency washer (just over a year old) stopped working and the control panel was unresponsive. A previous service provider told us we would need a $500-600 replacement of the control panel. We called David at High Quality Service, Inc., for a second opinion. David returned my call promptly, and I explained the situation. We scheduled an appointment for the following day. David arrived on time and was very courteous. After trouble shooting the washer for about 15 minutes, David able to reset the computer and get the machine working again. He also took the time to give us some maintenance tips to keep our washer in tip top shape. Best of all, David only charged us the service charge, since he said no parts were needed. In short, David made my day and did a great job. I will use him again in the future!

service Refrigerator was not working due to unknown ice blockage. David quickly troubleshot the problem, corrected the problem and then proceeded to set up my ice maker with water flow. Refer doing just fine. Recommend this provider.

On the phone I described the problem to David (everything in the fridge works fine except the door ice dispenser stopped dispensing ice). I gave him the model number and we set the appointment. He was good about scheduling his visit to accommodate our schedule. He phoned and said he would be a few minutes late, which he was. But when he arrived he went straight to the problem. A switch mount was broken inside the control panel for the ice/water dispenser. He had one on his truck so was able to complete the fix - in about 20 minutes!! While he was here he gave us a couple of pointers on our fridge and washer. David is now at the top of my go-to list for appliance repairs.

David was excellent and I would not only use again but highly recommend to anyone else.

David came out to do an initial diagnosis on the refrigerator. It was not sealing properly and he diagnosed it to a worn out cam rather than the more expensive rubber seal. A very pleasant cost saving surprise for me. He also diagnosed why the dishwasher would not clean well. Motor was corroded from hard water buildup over the years. We decided to buy and install a new one rather than fix the motor on the old one. He ordered parts and patiently kept me in the loop when all was ready for a return trip where he fixed the cam and installed the new dishwasher - which I ordered from Lowes. His prices were very reasonable and he was very professional from the get go. I will be using him again when the need arises.

David was fantastic! We still don't know why the fan on the fridge stopped working, or why replacing the circuit board fixed the problem, but it worked. David found a interim solution to keeping the food cold while he found the right parts and got them installed. I had purchased a new WiFi thermostat for my heating and cooling system, so while we waited to verify the fridge was working properly, I asked David to pop on the new thermostat. Shouldn't have been a big deal, but the system was wired improperly by the former owner. It took a while and a couple phone consultations, but David fixed everything! He was pleasant, knowledgable, and more than willing to go the extra mile. He's my first choice for all repairs from now on.

The problem was diagnosed and fixed very quickly. I thought I was going to have to buy a new washer after previous repairman flailed around for awhile before doing bad work. High Quality Service saved my washer.

David was fantastic. He originally was supposed to be at the house between 1 and 3pm. He got caught a little behind and called to let us know that he would be a little bit late so we weren't sitting there wondering if he was going to show. Once in the house he quickly fixed what turned out to be minor problems (not that I knew they were minor problems). David was friendly and efficient. The price was fantastic. I will definitely have him back for any future appliance repairs that I might need.

Great Dave showed up on time the same day, had the part and completed the job in 45 minutes with a reasonable cost.

I called in the AM and David gave a window of time. Then he called later and gave a more exact time when he was finishing up his current job. He arrived on time, asked what the problem was, and started checking out the frig. In no time he had everything working. He was professional and friendly. I asked if he had time to look a the range hood because it wasn't working and making a humming sound. He took it apart and checked it. New parts would be involved so I put it off. Now I'm ready and will be calling David to come out.

Woke up with a HOT refrigerator, suspected the door switch and called HQ. David was at the house a few hours later replacing the switch. It's working like a charm. David works fast ? and seems pleasant and reliable. I'm glad I found HQ Service ? rates are fair and service is excellent.

oven temperature was not working. F2 code kept coming up. Everything that was put in the oven would burn. David showed up very promptly. He diagnosed the problem very quickly. He had the oven apart , repaired and back together in no time. The oven temp is working great. David is very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent. Dave, was extremely cooperative and helpful during the course of getting my oven repaired. The keypad on my oven was broken, and Dave came out and took a look at it and determined we needed a new keypad. While he was here he also, at no additional cost, checked out my other appliances, including cleaning the back of my refrigerator. The part was on backorder for over three months, but Dave stayed in touch during the course and as soon as the part came in he came out and repaired. Because he felt bad about the delay in getting the part, he also cleaned my oven door, which had stuff spilled inside the glass front, at no additional cost, though it took him 15 minutes to disassemble, clean and reassemble door. Dave was timely, knowledgeable, and I would definitely hire him again anytime I need appliance work done.

David was fantastic. His initial response was within 24 hours and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He made numerous calls trying to locate a drain hose I had damaged. He returned with the hose and completed the repairs. I was so pleased with his professionalism and personality, I asked him to clean my dryer vent. He was at the house twice and repaired 2 major appliances. The total cost was only $160 including parts. I will use him again and strongly recommend him.

David , from High Quality Service Inc., did an outstanding job! He arrived exactly when he said he would and diagnosed exactly what was wrong with my washing machines. He explained the problem in detail and provided me with a fair and accurate breakdown of the price. We agreed upon the price and I wrote him a check for the parts. The parts were in within the week and he arrived and made the repairs. Within one hour I was washing clothes! I am very impressed with David from High Quality Service. He is professional and courteous! I appreciate it that a company says what they mean and do exactly what they saw, Not only did he explain the mechanics of my LR Front Loader, but he explained the importance of cleaning and even ran thru every part of the machine to make sure that it was still in good shape.
