Refrigerator no longer making noises. Dave was very informative about the refrigerator, its workings and even gave me food storage suggestions by temperature zones. We paid 65.00 which can be used for another call within 30 days. Would hire him again.

Dave mentioned he has seen a few GE refrigerators that did that did the same thing. We unloaded the freezer and he went to work removing the back panel. He messed with the fan and reinstalled the panel and it was fixed. Great service from a very nice gentleman. He charged me a service call only.

Great service. He showed up on time and fixed problem quickly. He also showed us how to do maintain washing machine clean. Very helpful.

David was very responsive, showed up when he said he would. He provided an estimate and once the part was in, called and scheduled the repair call within a couple of days. He was fast, really seemed to know what he was doing. He does other appliance repairs such as washer/dryer. I would hire him again.

David came out on time and fixed the dryer - a belt had been thrown off the track due to a heavy unbalanced load. He looked at the problem with my dishwasher and had to order a part. Came back today on time and repaired my dishwasher rack. Very nice and professional, would definitely recommend his services.

Dave could not have been more professional besides so very helpful and friendly. We have two senior rescue dogs who are nervous about meeting people. Dave understood immediately and put them and us at ease. We felt he went above and beyond in his advice and honesty about our problem, even advising us how to better care for our machine. I certainly would highly recommend his services.

our microwave would run when the door was open. Our Home Warrenty sent a repairman. He said we needed a new switch and transformer. The warranty company told us they were not going to authorize the repair, because of the depreciated value. They offered us cash, considerably less than the cost to buy and install a new microwave. I contacted David Biever, the owner of High Quality Service, Inc. in order to get a second opinion. Herecognized the problem immediately and had the unit repaired, in 10 minutes. He even had the correct part with him. He was on time, very professional and courteous. If you need an appliance repaired, you got to call David. He is exceptional. He even got our, rather vocal puppy to to quiet down and accept one of our treats and a pet. Great guy!

My dad used to be able to fix most problems, including appliances, but can't any more. So when my washing machine refused to wash late afternoon on Saturday when it was 109 out I had to try to find someone I felt I could trust. I called and left a message. They called back very promptly early Monday morning. By then I had found the information I needed to complain to the manufacture who agreed to send their own technician. I felt really bad having to call them back and tell them I didn't need them, especially since they were so polite about it. I will keep them in mind for the future. I appreciate their promptness and politeness.

Left a message. Needed a broken fridge repaired. Never received a call back (it's been a week). Had to call another vendor.

David was very courteous and professional. He immediately went to work on my ice maker and determined that the ice maker was shot. He asked if we wanted to replace it and told us the price. He went out to his truck, got a new one and replaced it in a matter of minutes. The total time spent on the diagnosis and repair was less than 20 minutes! He also gave us advice on how we could add a filter inline, since our fridge did not come with one. If you hire him and I recommend it highly, be prepared because he is a no nonsense guy and he moves like lightning!! Some would take his demeanor as being somewhat short but he is totally focused on his work and extremely professional, he knows his s**t!!! I cannot be more impressed with his work.

He called to let me know when he would arrive, he arrived on time an immediately checked out the whole micro wave found the problem and was in and gone in 30 minutes and my micro wave works great great service by a very proficient man

Dave is very professional and he really knows his business. He was able to identify the problem right off and had the parts with him to fix the problem. He even answered questions about a separate problem I have with my refrigerator and tell me the part and number that I need to fix it. I would definitely call him again, he really knows his stuff.

Called for an appointment the next morning after the incident and they were able to get me in next day. David showed up right on schedule and was very courteous and professional. I like the fact that he came prepared by researching the problem out before hand since he had never heard of that happening before. He carefully took the door apart and then cleaned out the water dispensor but was not able to locate any issues with the control panel. He felt that it was an odd isolated incident but left it up to us to determine if we wanted to spend the $500 plus dollars to have the panel replaced. I appreciate that he provided his opinion but left the decsion up to us if we wanted to spend the money for piece of mind and didn't push for replacement. (we opted to not replace) He provided us with information on how to keep the refrigerator running at its best performance before leaving. I felt he was very honest and would definitely hire him again for any future appliance repairs.

The service was excellent. My washer stopped running. David arrived on time , found the broken spring quickly and repaired it.

Forgot to write review and am sorry about this. He was prompt and very professional very courteous did not try to up sale. We are very pleased and will use this service again.

What can I write? David was the best. He called to inform me of when he would arrive and arrived as said he would. When he looked at my refrigerator he diagnosed the problem and gave an honest opinion. My refrigerator is over 12 years old. He stated that he could fix the problem however my make and model would require more repairs. David was honest and provided us with all options. I highly recommend him for an evaluation of your appliance problem.
