Henrie Tree Service

I am extremely happy with the work performed by Henrie Tree Service. Duane, the owner, is an arborist with much experience and knowledge. He personally came out to give an estimate and was not pushy at all. After reading the other reviews and meeting Duane in person, I did not feel the need to get any additional estimates for the work, even though Duane and his crew were booked for a month out. On the day of my appointment, they showed up right on time and Duane confirmed with me again about the work to be completed. He also checked with me several times while they were working, whenever there was a question about how I would like him to address a specific situation with the trees. They cleaned up the yard so well that I cancelled my regular monthly landscaping appointment for the next day! The trees look excellent, and I like having the peace of mind knowing that they were pruned correctly and not just hacked indiscriminately.

Couldn't have asked for better service. Owner come to create the estimate. He had asked questions to be sure to provide the right service. Lady within the office was pleasant to work with and schedule the service, received a call the night before service. Then the great part came. My yard is being completely reduce and there is trash limbs from old trees everywhere. Not only did they cut down the tree and grind stump, they left my yard super clean. Clean enough that I kinda felt bad it only cost me 400 bucks. This will be my go to company when needing my trees trimmed; even my wife is going look into them to be used on her HOA properties.

We called for an estimate 5/23. they were out same day and recommended we wait until late June for trimming so that any flowering spikes were in bloom and could be removed. No flowers or seeds in the pool!! The trimmer and helper arrived on time and got to work. The trees are beautifully trimmed. It looks like trees were skimmed. They left both yards cleaner than they found it! They were professional and courteous. They are now my first for all tree services.

Arrived promptly for estimate and services. Very professional and did an outstanding job. One man climbed up over the top of the pine tree and down the other side and trimmed out all the dead branches all the way over the top of the tree. It was very impressive to watch them work safely and professionally. When trimming the trees off the roof, they cut back branches in such a way that they won't grow back soon and left the trees shaped beautifully. After trimming the sumac, they discovered that the tree from the property on the other side of the fence was rubbing against the shed. They carefully trimmed the tree and left if looking as if they had not even trimmed it. After staking the new tree, the tree has grown at least 2 feet in about 6 weeks. I looks beautiful and stands majestically in our backyard. They cleaned up all the branches and debris and when they left it was hard to tell they had even been here. As the winds came, small branches fell from the pine tree which reflected the meticulous work done on this huge tree. Duane was very friendly, professional, and prompt. We have three deciduous trees which Duane taught me that these should not be trimmed until they are dormant. I'll call Henrie's Tree Service to return in the winter to shape these trees when the timing is right. I definitely will use Henrie's for all tree service needs in the future.

He came to trim a tree and it was lopsided because it did not bloom yet. He has came back out to remedy his mistakes.

Duane came out and gave an estimate. He was knowlegeable and and answered my questions on how to care for my fruit trees and other plants. The palms trees were removed so well you couldn't tell they were ever there. He and his crew worked quickly. Cleanup was perfect and my yard looks great. I would recommend highly, and will use his services in the future.

I scheduled an appointment and they came out and gave me an estimate. They were able to schedule the tree to be cut down within only a few days. I originally called another provider but after their estimate, said it would be a month before they were able to schedule it. I needed it cut down pretty much right away due to the H.O.A. getting on me about it. They did a high quality job and cut the tree down below the ground to ensure it would not grow back. I would highly recommend this company.

I called early in the morning and explained a huge branch was blown down by strong wind. This branch was 1/2 the tree. Norma said that the guys were near my location and she would have them call me. I explained that I had an appointment at 3p. By 210 I had not heard anything and she indicated that they were just finishing up a job and they would be over to my location right away, they were less then 10 min away. They arrived and looked at the tree branch and and quoted me $200. I reminded them I had an appointment I would be gone less then an hour. They said they would get right to work and they were sitting in the truck waiting for me when I returned approx 45 later! It was storming with lightening so I figured the could not work because of the storm. But no! They had finished and my back yard looked perfect! No remains of the fallen tree branch. We talked a little about other things we needed to do since half the tree was gone and the other half would be under a heavy burden. I plan on calling them at the end of August early September to get a estimate to trim the rest of my Palo Verde tree and the other small trees in my yard.

There were several big limbs that had wrapped around others or had grown over the top of others. There was even a limb that had a hole completely through it that I had no idea about. There were also several limbs that were out over the house. They cut out everything that was damaged or could cause damage. They had their chipper and cleaned up as they worked. They would come and get me from the house periodically to show what they had done and what they felt should be done or what else I wanted done. The tree is now much healthier looking and although a little thinner on shade, it will soon fill in and be even more beautiful.

They are not the cheapest in town, but they know how to properly trim palm trees and remove the berry shoots. You can pay anyone to trim a tree, it's about getting it done right, that's best for the health of the tree. They are also very meticulous about cleaning up everything... and hauling it away.

I called on Tue 7 Jul 15 and left a message about the service I wanted. Wed, 8th about 1130 received a call back wanting more details about the job and my location. The lady said the crew was working on a project about 6 miles away and was almost done, asked if would like them to come out after. She said that if they could come today would be great or would be a 2 week wait. She gave me an estimate of 200 to 300 dollars. The crew came about an hour and half later, quoted 200.00 and within half an hour the tree was down, the stump even with the ground and the yard and sidewalk looking the best it has. The crew was very professional, no trace of the work done left behind. I would definitely hire them to do any landscaping work again. I was very impressed with their web page.

On time, and finished in a timely fashion and left the yard much cleaner than they found it. ONE DISCLAIMER......Duane is a friend and in our church, but maintained a very professional stance in this "business transaction." His workers never stopped and were well trained and managed........great job....left me feeling like I got My money's worth and saved me about 15 hours of hard, hot work, and at 74, that counts.

Judging by the amount of work to be done, I thought it would take most of the day but Mr. Henrie and his crew had it completed in a few hours. Not only did they cut down two large trees but they sawed the limbs into pieces suitable for a fireplace and loaded them all into the back of our truck. When they left, my yard was cleaner than it had ever been. I couldn't be happier with the work they did.

Duane came out and did an excellent job. They were fast and professional. Left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. He took so much time with us and thought us how we can take better care of our trees. He was very helpful.

They were here in time and did the work and more. Ground all the roots and stump. They graded the area and dug a hole for the replacement tree. They cleaned everything up and left the place looking great. I will defiantly use them again

Awesome! Henrie Tree Service showed up and removed the tree within 30 minutes. No fuss, no muss. And that includes the cleanup time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone asking for tree services. They are very professional and affordable!

First this disclaimer, Duane is a friend and church associate. Normally I avoid and quot;professional relationshipsand quot; with friends and family to avoid hurt feelings later, but in this case I had hired Duane several years ago to remove three trees that were problems for me, and he had done an excellent job then. So it was very easy this time to know who to go to for my pine removals one week and then our palm removal after our lightning strike and fire. Though there has been a suggestion that Duane's price may be a little high, his work is excellent and complete. He and his crew are very professional, prompt, and courteous. He has all the necessary tools for my jobs at least and has done excellent work for me in each of three separate and quot;encounters.and quot;

He came out and gave me an estimate on the spot. He had a chipper with him so all the material was cleaned up on site. They did a good job in cleaning up the ground after they took the stump out -- it looked like the tree had never been there. It was a good crew. I actually asked him for some advice for trees in our back yard, which he was willing to provide.

Duane Henrie came over to my home to inspect the tree that I wanted trimmed and explained all the details. I thought it was just too expensive since I had previously talked to another tree service and gave me almost half that price.

Duane and his 2 assistants were here on time. Duane did the actual stump grinding while his assistants did the removal of the excess wood and debris, and assisted in isolating the mess (with cardboard surrounding the process). Fast, professional work--I would highly recommend Henri Tree Service to anyone!

We just made an appointment for Duane to come out and do what was needed, no need for a seperate appointment for an estimate. Duane as always is right on time and went through all the work we wanted done and discussed the odd things like the fact that we had gotten permission from our neighbors to trim there overhanging trees off our property. He gave us an estimate and started to work. He trimmed the neighbors trees (up to 40 feet and then started on our yard. He trimmed shaped and thinned five trees from a 30 foot Texas mesquite to olive and others. His crew removed all traces of the removed limbs and leaves, raked the yard and used a leaf blower to finish. The yard and trees look perfect for another year. Hard to find work like this anymore.

I was very satisfied with their service. First of all, he was very nice, he put up with my stupid questions. The tree that he planted, he didn't have to plant. I have gotten a small plum tree and I was just talking to him about it and he looked at it and told me what he was going to do and asked where I wanted it. He didn't have to do that, that was not part of his service.

Outstanding! Duane Henrie (the owner), came to do the estimate. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I am very interested in gardening and caring for the trees on my property. Duane spent a great deal of time with me coaching me on how to care for my trees. This wasn't done to win the bid, but because he truly is passionate about what he does. I rarely find this quality in businesses, and it is refreshing to meet someone of Duane's caliber. He and his crew arrived precisely on time, and got to work immediately. Very quickly, the trees were down, the firewood cut to the perfect size for my pit and stacked very neatly. The entire crew worked hard to get the job done quickly, and did an outstanding job cleaning up after themselves. They worked safely and efficiently. All were friendly and polite. The trees are gone, and I gained great knowledge to take care of my remaining trees. I am very thankful to have had the opportunity to meet and work with Duane and his team. If there was an A+++ rating on Angie's List, I'd use it here for sure. Thank you Duane!!

Duane was very professionial. I called the office and Norma made an appointment for him to come out and give me an estimate. He wrote it out, gave me a business card and told me the work could be done the next day. I called Duane shortly after he left and he said he'd be over after he completed an earlier job. He showed up at 8AM and by 9AM the work and payment transaction completed.
