Henrie Tree Service

We cannot say enough good about Henrie Tree Service and their staff. They did a prior job removing dead branches from the tree in September. At that time we booked a winter pruning job when the leaves were gone. They arrived this morning on time and did, what appears to be, an outstanding job on our large ash which has never been pruned. The three primary workers were excellent. They were on the hands and knees completing a meticulous clean up. Safety was a paramount concern throughout their presence on our property. We would have them back for tree service whenever needed.

They showed up right on time and cleaned everything up. It was very well done. He ripped out a few small trees that were not planted well, and only charged $25 for that. I have no complaints.

They said they would be here at 7:00am and they were. They went right to work and in 3 hours they were done. They left and the yard was cleaner then it was before they arrived. I would highly recommend this company for tree services.

We didn't use them because shortly after I called him my husband was ill and everything got turned upside down in our lives. Suddenly trees were of no interest to us. He was very professional and really knew his trees. He was very thorough and very instructional.

Mr. Henrie was the only provider, of the six who provided bids, who knew, and explained to us, exactly how he would approach the job. His experience was evident, his pricing was VERY competitive, and he and his staff were complete professionals.

I had a portion of my fan palm skinned, and Duane did a superb job of it. I also had a live oak and a sycamore tree pruned. In addition to the work done, Duane gave me good advice on how to water my sycamore which is planted with rocks around it.

I didn't check any other prices. They were here exactly on time and went right to work, didn't mess around. They cleaned up very well after.

I contacted the company and the owner Duane Henrie came the following day to provide an estimate. A date the following week was set for the job. On the day agreed, Duane Henrie came with a crew of three more workers in two trucks, all wearing work shirts with the business logo and began work immediately. All workers were extremely polite and everyone took great care to do exactly what was needed without damage to the rest of the yard. They even cleaned up branches and debris that fell in the neighbor's yard. When the job was done, the entire yard had been cleaned, landscape returned to look like nothing happened, new drippers were installed, decorative rocks and flagstone were re-positioned to fit around the new spot for a tree to be planted in the fall. Duane gave a 5% Angie's List discount and provided advice about other trees and little "extras" as the job was being completed. I am very happy with his work and the whole thing was done in about and hour and a half.

This is a total professional service. From my initial call for a free estimate to the completion of the job on April 7, 2017 I was very impressed by the service provided. They met appointment times for both the estimate and the job. The estimate was thorough and very informative. Mr. Henrie explained the work that needed to be done and did not try to talk me into any additional work I did not want done. On the day of the job the crew was profession and well organized and wore proper safety equipment. They took great care of my artificial lawn which abutted the trees. They completed the work in a timely manner and provided an excellent clean up.

Duane and his crew came and pruned 3 fruit trees for me. I wanted to have pros come out so I can learn how to take care of my trees myself and he was the right guy for the job. He explained to me how and why as he goes, answered my questions and gave me advise on watering and feeding. It wasn't cheap but he brought 3 guys with him, cleaned up the debris and got it done very quickly, and the quality of their work and knowledge I gained is well worth the price. I am very pleased. Excellent! They accidentally broke a sprinkler line, but had it fixed before they left. I would definitely hire them again! They are friendly and professional.

Amazing job. They came out and did a free estimate for the work. The guy who did the estimate actually came earlier than the time frame window we were given BUT the office called first to make sure it was okay for him to come early. After agreeing on a date and a price, the team came precisely when they said they'd be there. They were very careful about nearby objects (bushes, water pipes, etc.). When they were finished, they meticulously cleaned up everything. Throughout the job, the whole team was very courteous and polite. They even helped with a minor repair of a PVC sprinkler line - a problem that existed long before they arrived but was made visible as they moved the line out of the way to protect it from damage while they took down the massive tree. Could not give a higher recommendation. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond all expectations.

He's always very helpful and quick! I called to make an appointment for an estimate and he was here in just an hour or two. When it came time for the job he was here when he said he would be, and did much more than I expected. Additionally, when he was here giving us an estimate he gave us some free advise on our other trees (an apple tree, and an orange tree).

Duane came out and provided a quote and recommendations. He was very straightforward and explained that a smaller tree planted later in the fall would have a better chance to survive. I appreciate his expertise and honesty. He could have said, "Sure, I'll plant a big tree for you right now" (which would have cost us more and had a less likely chance of survival due to the extreme heat of the summer), but instead, he did what was best for his customer. I don't think you will find a lot of folks who take the time to explain things, but Duane did. I highly recommend him just based on this experience.
