Help Us Go Solar

Description of Work: I had solar panels installed a seriously long time ago (Two years plus). I do NOT receive any credit for solar production on my panels for energy produced. I have been two years and they have NEVER fixed the problem or even located the problem. I receive No information about the production on my panels at all. Something is wrong and I need it fixed. As a current cancer patient, it is extremely painful for me to have to pay more for energy than I did prior to solar installation. The solar was suppose to help me better afford my chemotherapy. As a chronic cancer patient, I was assured that the energy costs would go done significantly – nearly to zero above basic service fee! I think that the solar company (Go Solar Now) just had hopes that I would die and stop bothering them. I have come up from an advanced stage 4 diagnosis and I continue the battle. My cancer had recurred twice since the installation of the solar panels and I was assured by Crystal Hare and Chris Christiansen that my system would be fixed and that I would receive credit for the solar that I have produced and am producing. If there is a bad connection (via SMUD), I need it fixed. My system requires immediate attention.
